Auto 360

This is by far the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to! Gino was great and had my car all fixed up and looking better than new! Unfortunately my car got keyed from the front bumper all the way to the back, but now the whole left side looks brand new! Thanks Gino! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who need some body work done. The shop itself is also super nice– newly remodeled and really clean!

I just had some work done on my vehicle by Gino and his crew at Auto 360. The customer service was outstanding. It only took 4 days from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up and the car looked brand new. They did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a body shop to give Gino and Auto360 a call. They will take good care of you!

Because of Gino’s amazing customer service, I am writing a second review. Gino has hands down been one of the best mechanics with whom I have worked. A recent problem ocurred regarding my air conditioner and tail light and at the drop of a hat, Gino was ready and willing to take a look. He truly works in the best interest of his customers and is one of the only mechanics that I have met who cares so much about the quality of his work. He is very responsive to texting, which has been very helpful in terms of last minute problems. Definitely see Gino! Today I saw where someone had hit my car and caused some pretty bad damage to the bumper. Because I have Gino to call I was not nearly as worried as I might have been otherwise. I will always recommend his work.

This is a hassle free place and the guys really know what they doing.
Brought my car in, was told exactly what needed be done, and was quoted (very reasonable) the price.
Car was ready on time, job was perfect, paperwork done, no hassle no headache!

Auto 360 is the BEST!!! I live in San Jose which is 57 miles from this shop. And yet, I still took my car to Auto 360. Why? Because I want to deal with the best – outstanding customer service, and quality workmanship.

Gino was awesome right from the time i started talking to him. He got my car picked up at 9 pm in the night. He kept me in loop at every step of the process and delivered my car back to my house on a weekend based on special request. The work they did was very clean and my overall experience was really positive. Kudos to auto 360 and Gino especially for taking care of my car so well. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Gino is very personable and professional. When I arrived, it was raining and Gino offered to drive me to Starbucks while I waited for my car. It was a quick turn around, he did an excellent job and I definitely plan on coming back to him for anything related to my car. Both my girlfriend and me go to Gino and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Couldnt be happier with Gino and his crew over at Auto 360. Came in here after my 2004 Scion Xb was involved in a minor front end collision. They did an amazing job paint matching my custom white pearl paint! Not to mention Gino’s value for customer satisfaction. He made sure i got back a finished product that we were both happy with! I recommend Gino and his crew over at Auto 360 in Daly City, from any job small to big. You will walk away feeling absolutely satisfied and amazed at the work him and his crew does! Gino was awesome. Repair looked good as new, communication was solid and he was a pleasure to work with. The new facility is beautiful too. The rebate at the end was the cherry on top!

I was recently in bad car accident where I was rear ended and the force of the collision caused my vehicle to collide into the vehicle in front of me as well. I was fine, but my vehicle was far from it. I was referred to Gino by a friend of mine and gave him a call Gino was able to see me the same day. I arrived at Auto 360 and was immediately greeted by Gino and was reassured that my vehicle would be taken car.
With my primary car in the shop I had no source of transportation so Gino helped me with a car rental and drove me there himself.
In less than a week I got my car back in pristine condition and was back on the road. I highly recommend Auto 360 if you are one of those people who are meticulous about your car, and want the job done right this is the spot! Thank you Gino and your crew. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need any work done on my car.

My car got hit so I took it to auto 360. Definitely a spot that I would recommend to everyone. Gino was a big help and my car looks brand new! They did an amazing job and had amazing customer service!!!

My girlfriend and I got in a pretty bad accident which got us pretty shaken up — (the car had a damaged radiator, shattered coolant reservoir, half-​ripped off bumper, blown-​out suspensions, cracked windshield, bent and the list goes on). Not knowing any local shops or garages, we relied on Unilocal to find a good local shop. We tried to call three different shops who all would either not take us because it was too late in the day, and/​or we’d have to pay extra to tow it there and wait until Monday. Auto 360 was the only shop that would take us in last minute on a Saturday afternoon. We didn’t have to wait too long for a complimentary tow truck to come by to bring our car to Gino’s shop.
Within the first 5 minutes of meeting Gino, I recall having all my worries of the situation relieved. He was super down-​to-​earth and real with us, getting straight to the point and assured that our car would run like new once his shop work their magic on it. And surely enough when we got our car back, there was absolutely no trace that it had been in an accident at all. I’m extremely grateful that we were able to find such a great shop and that Gino made our nightmarish experience go as smoothly as it could’ve gone.

Auto 360 is by far the best shop. I took my car here after an accident and my car came out looking brand new, almost makes me glad that someone hit my car. Their customer service is awesome, Gino hands down is the nicest guy who is looking for you to be happy with results, and trust me you will be happy with the results. This is definitely the shop for my car, and I will definitely recommend everyone here.

Gino and his crew were amazing and I felt well cared for. But the shining stars in this exchange is the way my baby (car) looked — LIKE NEW. He matched my paint to perfection and iridescent pearl white is a toughie!
Thanks to his experience in paint and major dents and I imagine all the horrors of what an accident can do, when I picked her up, I felt like I just walked into a dealership and picked up a new car!

I would recommend Gino to everybody, I like how easy they resolved my car problems giving always a solution, making my life easy, there is nothing complicated to them and I have to say, people like this (problem resolvers), are very few.
Very professional job, easy to talk and to get an agreement, and the most important part again, very good problem revolvers.

Gino and his staff are absolutely fantastic. They understand the importance of building trusting relationships with their customers.
I went to their newly opened facility on Bismark Ave in Daly City, and can confirm the following: First, they were able to replace and paint my bumper in well under one week, which even the larger body shops in SF were unable to promise. Second, they looked well underneath the car’s exterior to confirm any potential structural damage, and reported their findings to me before starting any work. Third, they’re very well respected among their business partners, which reduces the chances of unpleasant surprises… My insurance company (State Farm) was quite familiar with Auto 360’s operation, and was very responsive and communicative during the entire process. The same goes with the local car rental provider (Enterprise), which picked me up at Gino’s location (Gino also allowed me to leave the rental car there when I was finished so he could drop it off for me).
My car was returned very clean and in better condition than it has been in years.
I am very particular about body work and keeping my car in excellent shape, and I can tell anyone looking for a body shop that I had a 100% positive experience here. If (heaven forbid) my car gets dinged by another careless driver, I will definitely return to Auto 360.
