AT&T Park

AT&T Park is amazing! I would prefer going to night games (depending on seats) because of the sun. Giants games are always fun and it’s well organized.
The portion for food is pretty small but there’s tons of places to eat outside of the stadium to save some $$$
Can’t wait for the season to start already! Go Giants!

It’s a’ight. The best thing about it is that it’s a block away from the end of the Caltrain line. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hot dog in all my life… and for $ 7?! Man, what a sucker.
Fortunately, they didn’t sell crappy seats for the Metallica concert. They could have sold more seats, but they didn’t so that none of them were too far behind the stage, or even off the side too far.
We missed the entire first act because the mob scene trying to get through security was an absolute shit show. There has GOT to be a better way to do that. We had to stand there in a shitty drunk mob (sounds like a band name) for an HOUR AND A HALF getting shoved around by everyone before finally making it to the front. By the way… the doors had been open for three hours by the time we got there… it’s not like we were all waiting for the doors to open.

Saw Metallica «The Night Before «last Saturday evening, my first concert at AT&T Park and what can I say… Wow, AAAAAMAZING!
From entrance to exit they handled it! I also work in the sports/​entertainment industry so I am fully aware of what goes into putting on an event like this. They had it down, all their security was on point, each person knew where and what they were talking about, which is nice for folks that are directionally challenged.
Concession lines were manageable, same with shirts, etc.
Bathrooms were clean! Honestly I was shocked. Two thumbs up and a big woohoo!
And the show??? Oh man. If you missed it, you gotta check it out online. They were fantastic!

Lots of seats, easy to get around, lots of food options, and amazing venue for concerts, ballgames, etc. Parking lot is available but will cost you a bit and traffic coming into here always sucks — but other than that, awesome place for concerts and baseball games :)

Great Stadium and friendly team players. Have had many good memories here and will continue to return in the future. Don’t miss the tailgating as that is always some of the funnest times at the game, and also all over the Bay area are great venues for sports and entertainment so just stay lively, peace!

I’ve always found taking in games and events at AT&T Park to be a highly enjoyable experience for a number of reasons, whether super-​friendly staff, lots of concessions, and good views all around, with a variety of price points. Even the last row of the stadium offers a reasonably good view of the field, not to mention a breathtakingly gorgeous view of the bay, the bridges, and the surrounding skyline, particularly at dusk. The location near Muni and Caltrain is convenient, and the park manages to be compact enough that you’re never overwhelmed by its size or lost finding your way around.
There also used to be a separate Unilocal entry for the Club Level, but I assume it’s been merged into this one. The Club level is a great way to experience Giants games, with dedicated concessions, concourses lined with memorabilia from historical and more recent Giants successes, and amazingly warm and friendly Giants staff. The boxes provide plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re sitting watching the game or standing up to grab a bite and socialize.
Large groups can also arrange even more personal experiences where you can take your picture with the Giants’ World Series trophies, hear from management about their development plans for the parking lots on the other side of McCovey Cove, and walk across the field before the game starts.
Fantastic hospitality and a highly enjoyable game experience no matter where you’re sitting — doesn’t get much better than that.

I love this ballpark! It screams genuine baseball and it’s so much fun to be there. The seats are great, although quite expensive. They have some awesome food and drinks to offer. The garlic fries are kickass and they have Hell or High Watermelon beer as well from 21^st Amendment (which is right down the road from the park).
Getting to the ballpark is quite easy. Our preferred way is taking BART and walking from the station. It’s a straight shot from the station to the ballpark and really not that hard of a walk. There’s many other ways you can get there as well i.e. bus, personal vehicle, über. The nice thing about walking from the BART station is that you can eat and drink on your way to the game though.
As for the Giants games itself? The team always aims to please. It’s a delight to watch any game! They are so lively and you can feel the bond between the players. They’re awesome! I hope this team spirit doesn’t go away any time soon!

Ok it’s hard to like any stadium that isn’t the new niners stadium but that has set the standard pretty high. With that says, the giants stadium is nice. I mean, it’s on the freaking water. How awesome is that. And there is tons of vegan food there and the public transportation to and from is spot on.

AT&T Park is the nicest ballpark I’ve visited. They have amazing views of the San Francisco Bay. We sat in the club level and had access to a very nice food court and quite a few places to order alcohol.
All of the levels have excellent views of the San Francisco Bay. The fans were super nice and not rowdy at all. My kids had a blast and we were happy to cheer on the Giants.
If I come back to SF I would definitely go back to AT&T Park.

What an unforgettable place for this 15 year old ballpark in San Francisco! AT&T Park is the name for the official home of the 3-​time MLB Word Series Champions, the San Francisco Giants. As I arrived in San Francisco today, I decided to take a tour at this ballpark for the first time, and boy, I was on hooked for now!
In this ballpark, there are several areas where you can sit; from the lower level to the club side on the very top especially the outdoor sides too. As I entered, the view of AT&T Park is breathtaking! It’s very spacious and viewable, so you can experience the most incredible baseball game every season. Everything in this ballpark is well maintained perfectly, and clean neatly especially the team’s den too! I do really enjoyed watching at the view side on the 5^th floor because I can see the game in high definition outside just like watching a HDTV at home! What a spectacular view!
Parking at AT&T Park can be totally challenging to go. If you’re traveling to San Francisco, you must take public transportation (I.e. Amtrak, BART, Megabus etc) easier, so you can get there in no time before the game starts. It’s fast and efficient to go. Otherwise, if you’re living in the Bay Area cities including San Francisco, you can use to drive your car (carpool use,) Lyft, Über, nor local public transportation too if the parking traffic can be heavy at some times.
In the end, AT&T Park is the coolest, and the most incredible ballpark ever in the city of San Francisco! I didn’t visit to any SF Giants game for a long time, so I’ll plan to come back next time to experience how MLB baseball game is all about. A well, worthy visit after the tour! Highly recommend! My rating: 5 solid stars!

Un lieu idéal pour découvrir le baseball ce sport si cher au coeur des américains. Même s’il faut bien l’avouer le baseball n’est pas extrêmement passionnant à mon goût (né connaissant rien aux subtilités de ce jeu) j’ai passé un super moment (environ 4 heures) dans ce lieu magnifique donnant sur la baie de San Francisco. Comme toujours aux USA l’ambiance dans ce type de rassemblements populaires est excellente, décontractée et bonne enfant. Ici pas d’agessivite mais de la joie, de la bonne humeur… on se «chambre» gentiment entre les équipes et si ce jour-​là les giants voulaient «beat» les dodgers de LA (qui ont gagnés à mon grand bonheur) cela se fait avec le sourire. On a même vu deux homeruns. La stade est gigantesque. Le coucher de soleil y est superbe. A chaque étage on trouve pléthores de stands de nourriture mais également des stands pour s’équiper aux couleurs des giants. Alors n’ hésitez pas à réserver des places sur Internet pour aller voir les giants jouer car au delà du jeu on est totalement en immersion dans la culture américaine.

I’ve been to AT&T Park twice now, in both of my visits to San Francisco, and the ballpark was just as beautiful, pristine and awesome to watch a game at as it was the 1^st time! I’ve been to 10 MLB ballparks so far in my life and this is absolutely in my top 3! The location is gorgeous, right by the bay, and the ballpark is extremely clean (for an MLB stadium).
I didn’t get to try much of the food here, but they had an OK selection. I can’t say I saw anything that blew me away that I had to buy, but they had a good number of stands that piqued my interest, specifically where they were selling the Garlic Fries. There was one con for the stadium and that was it’s a bit tight in the walkways where the concessions are. The stadium was a bit small, but it did exude a comfortable family feel to it. As for the fans, I have to give credit where credit is due as they love their Giants. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the stadium was absolutely packed. I definitely felt the passion of the fans for the team and how into the game they were.
If there is a ballpark anyone should visit in their lifetime, this is definitely one of them!

I’m a Giants Fan, so of course I love this place!
This is the second happiest place on Earth, right behind Disneyland!
They of course have your regular Ball Park Food (like hot dogs, nachos, beer, etc), but they also have some amazing out of the normal food (like crab sandwich, Ghirardelli, sushi, wine, etc). Yes, everything here is expensive, but it is a venue and I would would expect it to be pricey.
Here’s a TIP for a cheaper beer: Go to Public House and buy a bottled beer, you can then enter the stadium from the Public House and bring your beer with you.

As a concert venue, have to say we’re fans of AT&T Park. Lines were GINORMOUS to get in to see AC/​DC & everyone had to go through metal detectors but things seemed to go smoothly… except for the poor souls who were manning the «Suite Access» lines
Morons & entitled hipsters alike tried to bypass the line for us plebes, but were apprehended & quickly shooed away from the Suite-​Only lines… maybe a sign would have helped people & their entitlement issues? But gave us a good chuckle in any case
Crowds to find our seats were likewise atrocious & at one point, my feet weren’t touching the ground, while I was carried along the hallways to our section… MASS CLUSTER all around the food & beer stands!!! Made it extremely difficult to get to our seats — but finally made it & with enough time to still make the opening number
The concert itself went off without a hitch — nice sightlines, sound was good & loud w/​no distortion… just needed to make sure we stayed put, as there would have been no chance of getting to /​from the restrooms in under 1 hour
Leaving the concert was much easier as they thankfully opened all access points… so we happily walked out through the field
Overall, if you’re seeing a stadium-​worthy artist, you’ll want to mentally prepare yourself for the MASSES & you’ll be fine. We thoroughly enjoyed the show & would come again… bringing our patience & factoring in a ton of extra time

It’s just because it is absolutely AMAZEBALLS!!!
I will say it has bee a several years since I have made the trek from my home now of Sin City back to my beloved Bay to see a game. And boy am I kicking myself for not making this at least a yearly tradition.
First off… Location, location, location!!! My friends spoiled me with the best seats in the house front row by the pitcher’s warm up area. But seriously, I really don’t think there is a bad seat in the joint! The nosebleed section has the most beautiful view of all the sailboats drifting around blissfully.
But what I don’t remember from the last time I went (about 8 years ago) was the amazing garden area on the backside! Holy cow was it beautiful!!! They have tons of potted plants for both herbs and vegetable and they even had about a dozen aeroponic Tower Gardens!!! All used for growing food right there at the park!!! They had «spa water» with amazing healthy concoctions of lavender, mint, rosemary, etc. Any normal day I would have been all over it but dude… I’m at a ballgame! So I compromised with an awesome watermelon beer! That’s right… I said watermelon beer! From a local craft brewery. This beer was called Hell or Highwater and it was perfect for the hot weather we had that day!!! I honestly couldn’t think of a better refreshment given the weather and the environment!
Now don’t worry… There were plenty of brats, hot dogs, garlic fries and other delicious items too! Not to mention the best people watching ever!!!
Now I’m back to Vegas… But I left my heart…

Top-​notch arena. The crowd, the fans, the food, the beer, the game make this one of the best sports environments that I’ve ever been to,
The fact that you can bring in your own food from the food trucks near the marina is simply amazing great idea and something I wish we can implement here in Texas.
Having something like the yard or public house next to the stadium adds to the uniqueness and makes it a great destination for full pack day.

First time attending the Giants game and inside the AT&T Park. Parked about 2 blocks away from the park. Came here on July 26 when the Giants played against the Oakland A’s. [Giveaway: Giants Cowboy hat] ** first 20k fans.

The food is expensive. Ordered couple of beers, then some hamburgers. The garlic fries was a disappointment. It was cold and dry and everything about it was bad. I read people’s reviews and they recommended getting the garlic fries. I don’t know what I missed out on but it was not even that great!
Our seats was perfect! Panoramic view of the San Francisco Bay, skyscrapers, Bay Bridge, watching people fall off their kayaks, and of course a view of the field. There are many restaurants to choose from. One thing I had to do was to check out the dugout store. So many memorabilia!

Security has really cracked down on the drunks and rowdy people! I saw a great deal more park security along with SFPD patrolling the park this time. The ushers also are cracking down on people who are disturbing others.
One complaint that I have was the ushers would let people come down the aisle in the middle of a player’s at bat. They’re supposed to wait until the at bat is over. It’s really distracting to have people walking around, standing up and sitting down continuously. I was in the lower box seats, so it was super annoying because I couldn’t see the game at all.
I’m still updating to 5 stars because I’m really impressed with security and the ballpark is still a gem with great food, views, and activities.

Been here twice this summer.
Parking– $ 20 approximate by a third party. Once we parked in the bank’s parking lot and the next we took BART. A bit of a walk from BART and creepy.
Food– You can bring in food. I love that. It doesn’t take away for in stadium purchases. I still bought a drink and the guys bought several.
Trash-​There was a lot of trash piled around as we walked in. Weird. It appeared to be left over from last night’s game.
Team Store-​If you have season tickets they let you use your money there. I loved it as I had already eaten enough.
In-​Out– I was surprised they let you in and out during the game. It was great. We took some pictures with out the crowd.
Staff– Sooo friendly and helpful.

Mon premier match de baseball ! Et je crois que je m’en souviendrai un bon moment. Alors c’est sûr on est loin de la ferveur des matchs de basketball, le rythme est différent, le temps de jeu et le stade aussi. Le AT&T Park est juste immense ! Nous avons trouvé des supers places avec vue directe sur la ligne lanceur/​frappeur (Merci StubHub). Les Giants jouaient contre Oakland ce soir-​là. Immersion garantie dans la culture américaine !
Pour être honnête je né connais que très peu de choses au baseball. L’Homme a bien tenté de m’expliquer mais force est de constater que ce qui m’a le plus marqué est la lenteur du jeu. Finalement, plutôt que de m’ennuyer, j’ai adoré ! On a le temps de regarder le match, puis les différentes animations pendant les arrêts de jeu, de filer à l’intérieur commander un hot-​dog et des sweet potatoes fries, de s’installer derrière les grandes vitres pour déguster le tout en continuant de regarder le match, de retourner s’assoir à l’extérieur, assister à un home run (le stade s’éveille) et de repartir chercher une bière (jouez la local et prenez une Anchor).
Petit +: Né repartez pas sans dévaliser la boutique officielle: un maxi gant souvenir, une balle dédicacée, un stickers «Let’s Go Giants», un t-​shirt aux couleurs de l’équipe,… Vous aurez le choix !
Bön à savoir: Taxi, bus ou tram pour vous déplacer car il y a foule. Né tentez même pas de venir en voiture (ou alors 4h avant. et encore!)

When I plan our yearly trip to San Francisco, the second thing I do after I check airline rates, is to see if the Giants are in town. If they are, I know it’s going to be a great trip. Straight up, the best ballpark in California and in my top 3 overall for sure. The park structure and dimensions, the view, the fans, and the food put AT&T above the rest.
AT&T is a baseball park first that occasionally hosts other events rather than a multi-​purpose stadium that has the ability to hold a baseball game, aka Oakland Coliseum, Tropicana Field, or Rogers Centre. Because it’s mainly a baseball field, there are some unique attributes such as McCovey Cove, Triples Alley, the Coca-​Cola bottle, and the glove that set it apart from other parks. Don’t worry if you think your seats are too far or if you’ll have an obstructed view, you won’t, there isn’t a bad seat in the house.
You’ll be able to find tickets somewhere for the game, but you’ll pay above face because the Giants are currently on a 300+ game sellout streak. The team is the defending world champions and there is a buzz and excitement for the team. With that, a classier fan base that doesn’t cross that fine line of being too rowdy or rambunctious which makes the games very enjoyable.
Last but not least, the food is top notch. Garlic fries, with garlic straight from Gilroy, are a must and pretty unique to AT&T. Pier 44 Chowder House, Orlando’s Caribbean Barbeque, Tony Gemignani’s Slice House, and Ghirardelli’s for a hot chocolate or a sundae are all solid and unique options.
Although I’ve never tried to drive in to the park, I wouldn’t recommend it. It looks pretty messy. Caltrain, BART, and MUNI all have stations/​stops within walking distance and are reliable. Bring some extra money with you, everything is a little more expensive. Give yourself about ten extra minutes to get in through security and enjoy one of the finest ballparks in the country.

What a beautiful ball park all around!
I was lucky enough to score Giants vs. Angels tickets from my work for a Sunday game before leaving for DC the next day! So I took my then-​significant other because he had never been to a baseball game so what a great way to pop his ballpark cherry than taking him to the Giants game.
Field Club tickets made me feel like VIP status because you go in a different entrance — you go in and you see this fancy, too legit of a concession because it basically looked like a damn restaurant. Ha! Lots of overpriced, greasy food options but who the hell cares?! I’m at a ballpark so I will have my beer: D The seats were about 10 rows behind the Giants dugout so I could practically see the players ;)
This is also Caltrain accessible since it drops you off few feet away from the ballpark. Coming from San Jose to the last stop… it’s about an hour and few minutes. Not bad considering that the Caltrain lets you bring your food and drink inside and enjoy it. Just purchase a day pass to avoid the long line when you’re going home if you’re using the Caltrain.
I had a great time watching the Giants dominate the Angels, checking out Buster Posey and dat ass, being with my then-​significant other and just enjoying the views since it’s one of the most beautiful ballparks out there.
I went to another ballpark (Nationals Stadium) two days after… I’m so spoiled. Lol.

Wow — as a Brit visiting SF, it’s always good to try and get deep into the local culture and seeing as everyone is sports mad — why not go full in to Americana and enjoy a ball game.
Here’s some tips:
1. We got tickets for the Bleachers (real fans zone) — quite rowdy but a good atmosphere.
2. Stub hub had a much bigger variety of seats and you can choose where you sit with friends (which you couldn’t on the Giants official site)
3. Definitely get involved with the batting cage for $ 3 and realise quite quickly you’ll never make the pro leagues.
4. Beer is expensive at $ 11 a pint for Sierra Nevada so drinks lots outside the stadium in advance.
5. Garlic fries are awesome and make sure you definitely buy a nacho hat — just do it, the hat just keeps on giving!
6. Taxi’s/ubers are a nightmare in this district so you may as well walk up towards market street as opposed to expecting to be dropped/​picked up at the door.

Amazing park with amazing views! The hubs and I visited a few months ago and had a great time enjoying an awesome game. We had great seats and could not imagine there being a bad seat in the house.
The concession stands were pricey as could be expected but the lines moved quickly. The ladies room was close by and again quick lines and clean. We can’t wait to bring the kiddos back to catch a game.

Absolutely love this stadium way more than windy Candlestick, although there are great memories there. I’ve gone to several events over the years here, all were Giants home games until this weekend. Where they had a special ‘stadium’ Spartan Race — Sprint, this past Saturday.
I’ve enjoyed good times here with family and friends watching the Giants play. There’s great outdoor seating, with is perfect on an afternoon game. The night games can get a bit cold at times, and today’s the top of the 8^th for most games. The seagulls come out in full force.
Look forward to more home games for the Giants and possibly any other special events that might take place at AT&T park in the future.

I haven’t been to AT&T Park for a long time. I would have to say, it’s been couple years. Within 2 weeks back to back, I was happy to be there! To the staff that keeps the AT&T Park beautiful and clean, thank you. It’s so awesome to see that it’s beautiful as what I remembered it to be. The view of the water and land is… dare I say it… EPIC! :)
The first weekend, I was here for a SF Giants game! GO GIANTS! Yes, we won that game. It was great sitting in the bleachers.
The second weekend, I was here for Opera In the Park. They were showing «Marriage of Figaro.» It was my first time at this event. Listening and watching Opera on the field or in the seats were awesome. The only mistake I did was not bring a warmer jacket! BRRRR… it does get chilly at night.
I can’t wait to go to future events here! Woohoo! :)

Comment vous décrire l’AT&T Park? Cet endroit sublime, magnifique, merveilleux, qui vous permettra de baigner et de vous imprégner de la culture d’un pays. Pire que ça même, d’une religion. Parce qu’assister à un match des Giants à SF dans l’AT&T Park, c’est comme aller à la messe un 24 Décembre au fin fond de l’Italie: c’est immanquable.
A l’approche du stade de baseball, on le sent, le match est dans l’air. C’est que mine de rien, plein, le stade est à 42 000 places. Mais c’est énorme tout ce qu’ils ont pour représenter leur équipe: caps, tshirts, maillot, jogging, vestes, casquettes, bonnet ours orange aux couleurs des Giants, des écharpes, des mains géantes comme on en voit dans les séries (et que je me suis empressées d’acquérir), bref tout un tas de choses fun pour supporter son équipe!
En entrant dans le stade, là, c’est encore plus impressionnant: le stade donne directement sur l’océan, les tribunes lui font face, et perso, ma super vue sur l’Oakland Bay Bridge ravit la touriste que je suis. L’endroit est juste à tuer. La décoration du stade ferait pâlir n’importe quel européen venu visiter l’endroit: des panneaux géants publicitaires, un énorme gant de base-​ball, et surtout: la mascotte des Giants qui vient se balader parmi la foule! Ici, c’est comme à la TV: les films pour présenter les équipes sont dignes des studio de Hollywood, chaque joueur est présenté à l’américaine, avec musique, rétrospective sur le joueur sur ses derniers matchs: bref, ici, le début d’un match, c’est une vraie mise en scèné.
Concernant le match en lui-​même (bon les Giants ont gagné moi j’étais contente héhé), ça peut être long, jusque 4 ou 5h. Comme j’en ai fais 3 ans, je connaissais les règles et m’intéressait bcp mais c’est vrai que ça peut être long.
Pour vous nourrir, plein de choses sur place, pas chères du tout, mais pour moi rien né valait le bon Nachos + Cheese + Coca Cola: D.
Un bref, une expérience que je né que vous recommander, c’est vaiment top. Vous né verrez plus jamais un match de foot au stade de France de la même manière ;).

Assister à un match de base-​ball aux US est une expérience unique, 100% américaine, le truc à faire absolument au moins une fois dans sa vie pour comprendre le pays et sa culture populaire, même si on n’éprouve aucun intérêt pour le jeu en soi. Bien sûr, ce superbe ball park est le décor parfait !
C’est un spectacle total, heureusement d’ailleurs car le base-​ball est un sport lent, il y a énormément de temps morts et un match dure facilement 3 – 4 heures. Et pourtant on né s’ennuie pas une seconde: il y a des parades, des intermèdes musicaux, l’hommage au drapeau, l’hymne national, on va chercher ses traditionnelles frites à l’ail (si Alka-​Seltzer est un sponsor officiel, ce n’est probablement pas un hasard)…
Et quand ce sont les Giants qui gagnent, on ajoute l’euphorie à la fin !
Important à comprendre: un tel match au US est un spectacle fondamentalement familial, il n’y a aucune agressivité, aucune tension dans l’air comme on peut le connaître en Europe pour le foot par exemple et qui rend ce sport si antipathique. Les hooligans, les supporters du camp visiteur enfermés dans une cage pendant le match et escortés avant et après pour les protéger, les bus caillassés, la présence policière massive autour des stades… tout ce qui est détestable et typique du Parc des Princes (c’est un exemple… au Vélodrome c’est pareil) serait ici un anachronisme total qui né serait pas toléré une minute.
Bien sûr, il est recommandé d’avoir révisé un minimum les règles du jeu pour mieux profiter du show, car le base-​ball est tout sauf intuitif: observer né suffit pas pour comprendre !
Les billets sont en général vendus longtemps à l’avance et introuvables par les canaux officiels, mais le marché parallèle sur Craigslist fonctionne bien et, même pour une grande rencontre au dernier moment, vous pourrez trouver des places à environ 200 dollars. C’est cher bien sûr, mais vous n’oublierez pas l’expérience de sitôt !

El estadio de los Giants. Si nunca has asistido a un partido de baseball este puede ser un buen punto donde empezar. Situado al borde de la bahía podrás disfrutar del partido y celebrar los home runs que envíen la pelota al agua. Ojo con el frio ya que la humedad se nota muchisimo en los partidos por la tarde/​noche (ir siempre bien abrigado).

Wenn die Sonne scheint und die Giants vernünftig spielen kann man dort die unheimlich leckeren garlic fries futtern, allein die sind schon den Eintrittspreis wert.
Vorsicht vor Verkäufern auf der Straße, die gefälschte Karten verkaufen. Am besten vorher online karten besorgen über craigslist.
