We repair, refinish, and install new terrazzo floors and steps. We’ve been in business since 1975, and are family owned and run.

History

Established in 1975.

The founding partners were Osvaldo Lourenco, Afro Bomben and Eugene Pacini.

The three partners retired at the end of 1993, and Osvaldo’s family continued the business. Eddie Lourenco, Osvaldo’s son and Dennis Rocha, Osvaldo’s son-​in-​law are the current owners. They are devoted to the pride and commitment of installing terrazzo. They moved the business to San Francisco in 1998.

Eddie’s main focus is to work directly with the architects, designers, general contractors and owners. He is also in charge of all the office management and project management.

Dennis’ main focus is field supervision and maintaining quality in our workmanship and meeting schedules.

We are dedicated to making sure our clients are completely satisfied when the project is complete.

Our employees are very dedicated in their field and take pride in their work.

We are signatory with and hire union labor (Brick Layers and Allied Crafts — Local 3). We are bondable.
