At the entry of the showroom are barrels of highly fragranced & colored bath salt — made with 100% sun-​dried and cleaned sea salt. Start by selecting a funky glass bottle from the ‘tower of glass’. Scoop & fill while tilting the bottle. HAVE FUN! Create your own one-​of-​a-​kind bath salt ART, here in S.F. Bay Area.

Adorning the walls are original paintings & prints by local & featured artists available to take home add to your own collection. The sound system is streaming smooth jazz & neo-​soul grooves. Self-​improvement books & soulful CDs are sprinkled throughout and are available to continue to enrich your day & life.

History

Established in 2002.

ART BATH SOUL was first launched in Emeryville, Ca, fall 2002 at Bay Street mall in an outside Cabana. It was a short lived venture and a cold & wet winter that year but we never lost faith that one day ART BATH SOUL would have a full sized store to call home.

Keeping this in mind, the ART BATH SOUL, S.F. store was within the visions of founder Catina S. for more than 7 years and the Fisherman’s Wharf store was a dream actualized.

On 5÷24÷10 ART BATH SOUL S.F. closed abruptly & unexpectedly resulting from partnership differences.

While the Fisherman’s Wharf location has closed, the vibe still lives on at ‘The Salt Project’s’ headquarters in Milpitas, Ca. ‘The Salt Project’ products are the featured products at ART BATH SOUL and are still readily available.

‘The Salt Project’ is easy to get to from the I-​680 & I-​880. So come see us in person or visit us on the web. We will continue to provide you with superior bath & body products made in the S.F. Bay Area

Catina S, founder and visionary, partnered with Alli Bodo to bring the S.F. location to life in 2009. Our staff is comprised of an eclectic mix of people who care deeply about the success of the store and who do their jobs with sincere passion and enthusiasm. Our crew is diverse, artistic, attentive and fun-​loving and a true reflection of ‘bay area culture’.
