Andrew Mark Gilchrist incorporated Andrew Mark Construction to provide clients an alternative to general contractors that communicated poorly and provided a take it or leave it service.

Andrew Mark Construction works with clients on the smallest of projects through to large remodel projects.

We provide an ongoing maintenance service for old San Francisco residences and buildings in need of knowledgeable craftsmen.

Andrew Mark Gilchrist is a resident of San Francisco’s marina district.

After completing a masters in carpentry in his home country of Ireland he aspired to gain further construction experience by moving to San Francisco.

Gaining diligent experience at the highest level in San Francisco’s premier residences with established contractors he made the move to provide his own unique service to a client base of discerning homeowners, rental property owners, architects, designers and engineers.
