All Inclusive Travel

Great travel agency, I booked my ticket with Susan. She was very patient and helped me for over 45min to find a flight to Singapore $ 60 cheaper than other travel agencies I visited, including those in Chinatown.
Very reliable, and would recommend. Although I would advise to pay a deposit for any ticket you get with a travel agency, that way you would risk losing your money with an unreliable agency. Susan allowed me to pay a deposit of half my ticket because I was a bit apprehensive. I just picked up my ticket earlier and payed the rest of the price and am very pleased. I saved about $ 300 for the same flight if I were to purchase it through the airline.
Another note, if you happen to find a cheaper fare online or through some other travel agency, make sure to mention it to the travel agent. I quoted cheaper prices to several agencies, and all of them offered the same price or a cheaper one.
Also, this is a Chinese-​run agency, but both agents speak English very well. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to travel to Asia. It’s much cheaper than non-​Asian run agencies, and more trustworthy and friendlier than those in Chinatown.
