The instalation of Vinyl Siding, Fiber Cement Siding and Vinyl windows.

We specialize in weather proofing residential and commercial buildings with the use of a new weather barrier, counter flashings, new siding and windows.

If your building has water issues chances are the weather barrier is broken down and ineffective. Paint and calking is not a weather barrier and will not stop water effectively.

History

Established in 1997.

From small jobs to large scale jobs up to 50′ in height. We have installed siding from california to two hurricane relief efforts in florida. Alan is a second generation siding contractor that has been contracting the installation of siding for most of his adult life. Detail oriented, satisfing the most frugal of clients with quality and the best price in the bay area. No salesmen and no hasle. A 5 star rated contractor.

Wow, Alan is really amazing.
I was trying to figure out how to upgrade the exterior of an old house and consulted Alan. It was a great decision.
Alan called me back quickly and spent a generous amount of time educating me about vinyl siding and construction code of SF without any pressure to buy. He is super knowledgeable and friendly.
I’m not sure if I’ll go ahead with this project, but if I do, it will be with Alan-vinyl siding & Windows.

We love how the house looks! I didn’t realize new siding on the rear of the house would make me this happy.
Three other contractors I spoke to were all over the place with their bids, pricing, smoke & mirrors, confusion, little to no detail, etc. Had we worked with someone else, I know this wouldn’t have turned out as well, it wouldn’t have gotten done as quickly and it would have cost us more. Clients for life. Excellent work!

Alan and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our vinyl siding after a fire burnt the old siding off. His crew came out quickly and tore down the old siding when it was falling off, and the new siding looks great — he even framed it perfectly around our existing windows. His work is high quality and he was very communicative with us throughout the process. He’s very professional. I would whole-heartedly recommend him.

I had Alan come to put siding on my home in the sunset district right by the beach in SF. So you know my home takes a lot of beating from the conditions. Alan is such a good guy and his crew was very professional! You can tell he really cares about his work, plus he said he started doing siding since he was 13 with his dad. Hard to find someone with that type of experience! Price was great and the work was excellent! You can trust Alan and his crew. I also had dry rot and that was also taken care of by these guys. Very happy customer!

Alan and his crew did a great job on the back of our almost-100 year old San Francisco house. The workers carefully removed the deteriorating old wood shingles (that were unfortunately sprayed with Tex cote long ago!) They then efficiently did the waterproofing and insulated siding on our 3-story house with an added sunroom and gable besides… all for a LOT less than other estimates from a big box store — and in less than 2 weeks. The benefit of the added insulation was immediately evident too. I highly recommend this company if you want a low maintenance solution to an old house’s problems (In fact my sister already used them too!)

Alan came over last minute on a Saturday to give us an estimate for our wind damaged siding. By Monday he had a temporary tarp over the hole to avoid water damage by the ensuing rains. By Friday he had spoken with our insurance adjuster and was very clear on his recommendations and why. By the following week we had a brand new wall of siding in a gorgeous San Francisco style, new window trim and weatherproofing. Alan’s service was outstanding, you can tell he really enjoys what he does and deeply cares about his customer’s satisfaction. The extra help with the insurance company was above and beyond and made the process much less stressful (and much more affordable) for us. We are thrilled!
