Specialties
As a classically-trained flutist, I specialize in solo, chamber, and orchestral music. I also play traditional Irish dance music.
As a teacher, I specialize in two things: helping my students to improve in their skills, and encouraging them to use the flute as a source of enjoyment. It’s fun!
History
Established in 2007.
I began performing and teaching flute while still an undergraduate student at the Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory of Music in Ohio. I have since lived, taught, and performed in Santa Barbara, and more recently, the San Francisco Bay Area.
I am available for private flute lessons in the peninsula.
