We have just closed a pretty complicated TIC to condominium refinancing loan with Aaron and could not be happier with his mortgage brokerage services. Aaron provided us with advice and guidance on every step: how to structure our jumbo loan and fought for a lowest possible rate for it and how to combine previous loans into this new one.
He coordinated activities with mortgage specialists of our co-​tenants and effectively managed that small but important for us project that resulted in our property full conversion to condominium.

He spent a lot of time with me that first day just discussing the process, calling the underwriters to answer a number questions I had (being a visa holder there are typically extra hurdles for me to jump through) and working through the best path forward.
