I brought my iPad in to have a cracked screen replaced. The results are okay but not great.
First off Aaron provides services that are short supply at a good price. He also works quickly. I paid $ 130 for a new screen and he finished the work the same day.
As many people have mentioned, he works out of his home and his workspace is a mess. It turns out that this matters.
I dropped off my iPad and picked it up later, in exactly 2 hours as agreed. When I picked it up Aaron showed me that the home button was sitting strangely– much lower on one side than the other but he said that it was «okay». I said it was not okay, and he agreed to fix it and that I could pick it up later.
After picking it up the second time, once home, I noticed small crumbs of glass or plastic visibly under the screen as well as a few stray hairs… and the home button is still a little off.
I’m being picky, but for as long as I own this iPad, I will be looking at these little crumbs as well as one of his eyelashes every time I look at the screen. If Aaron was only a tiny bit more careful, this wouldn’t have happened.

Needed to use my wife’s iphone b/​c my android got some water damage. Called Aaron and assumed I need to pay to unlock the iphone. Wouldn’t you know it… I didn’t. Aaron told me save my money and just use my cricket sim in the att&t phone and it should work. And … yep it worked.
Saved me a headache and charged me … nada. What a stud.

In and out in LESS than 15 minutes. Shattered my screen and had the touch functions all out of whack. Aaron replaced it super quick stylee. $ 110 + $ 10 additional for a protective screen. Works AND looks… good as new.

That guy is the worst repair man i have seen in my life. I don’t know how he got 5 stars probably he just made the reviews for himself. he changed the screen for my phone and the screen doesn’t work. You know what he said, just don’t use some functions, it still works for any other parts. He wouldn’t like to change a new one for me. What a horrible guy!!! One star is the lowest i can give.

Believe the 5 Star rating! This guy is accommodating with regard to scheduling, he gets the job done (very) quickly and for a fair price.
Aaron fixed my iPhone 4 several years ago, so when I dropped my iPhone 6 this weekend (and absolutely shattered the screen to the point where I could only see large black patches on the display) I looked him up right away. He has a handy online scheduling tool that made booking the appointment very easy.

Straight forward service. Easy to schedule an online appointment and he’s very quick to reply with a confirmation. I was early to my appt and he rushed from his lunch to meet me.
I had a shattered white 5s screen and he repaired it within 20 minutes. He’s also very thorough with his work. Before the job is done he will check that everything is working properly, audio, typing, fingerprint scan, etc. The first try, my call audio wasn’t working properly but he knew exactly what to do. Just call him if something ends up not working right.
Be prepared with a PayPal account or cash! My 5s screen repair cost $ 100. No LCD damage.

Aaron’s a wizard. I have a Japanese iPhone 4S that was locked to Softbank, which everyone said could not be unlocked. All the so-​called experts in Bangkok said «no way.» Back home in San Francisco, Aaron unlocked it and got it working on T-​Mobile in less than an hour. Great job.

I should say Aaron did a really good job in my case. I dropped my iPhone 6 three days ago so the screen has been totally damaged. He replaced a new screen and finished in less than 15 mins. 15 mins!!!
He also unlocked my iPhone 5c and now I can use my little 5c in China.
Thus, if you have a poor, broken iPhone, go to this place!!! You won’t regret.

Fixed an iphone 5s, the LCS was not responding after a fall, quick service and good price .
Like other mentioned, is in a house, a bit hard to find de outside number.
But nothing compares to have your phone fix, and working quickly.
Only «bad» part, is not 100 sure if the parts are original.

So my phone got stolen in Vegas. You all know how that story goes. I was devistated and upon returning I was going crazy without a phone.
I had an iPhone 5s (purchased Oct 2013) through my work that I never used. I figured there must be a way to unlock it. I contacted Aaron’s iPhone to help factory unlock it. For $ 45 Aaron could do a simple carrier unlock, so I paypal’d the money and waited for about 24 hours.
Aaron came back and said he was unable to unlock it through the simple method because my work’s AT&T service was still under contract (boooo), but for an additional $ 15 he could do another type of unlock that took a few days longer but had 100% success rate. So I sent over more money. I am happy to say that after waiting for about 3 days, my phone was unlocked to use on T-​mobile (or any other GSM network).
Did I mention he was able to do all of this remotely without me even having to visit his shop/​house?!?

I had to admit, walking into a stranger’s home was a bit uneasy at first, however, his friendliness and competitive pricing made it all worthwhile! :)

Going to Aaron’s was a surreal experience. I recommend you bring a friend along, as it is a little sketch… Regardless, I’m glad Aaron is in business. Bypass the wait and headache from the Apple store and avoid some of the not so genius, geniuses. The business is in a residence, I’m assuming his own.
I shattered my screen and wanted to skip the Apple store where they would potentially replace my phone. I conveniently made my appointment with Aaron via text.
The atmosphere-​to be honest, this place was a near disaster. You can barely walk through the hall, and there was no organization at all. The table he worked from had piles and pieces of broken phone parts. Boxes of random items like cold medicine, and food were all over the place.
Phone was repaired in a decent amount of time and reasonable price. Aaron was nice and was making small talk with me and the bf. He is really skilled, but be prepared that he has his own techniques, like using a blow dryer. Not a traditional venue, but worth the experience. I will definitely consider coming back if I shatter my iPhone again.

From the reviews here you might notice that they’re pretty polar. I’ll break it down for you. His main «office» is at his residence so there’s no real storefront. I had a bit of an accident with my phone that required a new screen. My battery was also dying so I needed to have that replaced. The operation here is very much hobbyist-​type. Anyway, first issue I had with the quality of work was when he failed to use the suction cup and pried the case open, thereby denting the bottom right edge of the metal frame on my iPhone 5. He found the problem pretty quickly and salvaged parts from my old screen and screwed them onto the new screen in about 15 minutes. He also changed the battery. Total cost: $ 150. $ 90 for the screen and $ 60 for the battery. Other places change the battery out for $ 40, but it’s cheaper than the $ 75 at the Apple Store.
I believe the attention to detail can be improved a bit. My home button is now rotated about 5 degrees and definitely looks like its been altered. Also, the earpiece speaker and proximity sensor wasn’t working when I checked it from home. Apparently that cable was broken when the phone was reassembled so I went back in to Aaron and he fixed that for free.
