Gordon has done several jobs for us. He seismically upgraded two apartment buildings and has recently designed a way to save my terrazzo stairs which are sinking due to an inadequate footing.
Designing a save for the stairs, rather than a complete rebuild, saved me a lot of money and that’s characteristic of his work. He will design with your needs in mind and for me, and I suppose most of us, an economical solution to a design is an important consideration for the project.
Gordon is thoughtful, patient, and sensitive to his client’s wishes. He promptly returns phone calls and is on-​site when you need him there. He’s willing to take on small jobs as well as larger projects and able to help you find the contacts you need in terms of resources and contractors.
Gordon is a pleasure to work with and his fees are more than reasonable. I’d give him six stars if I could.
