The 399 Fremont viewing/​leasing experience was the best that we have ever had. Sarah Frey from the leasing office was warm, friendly, and honest, giving us a complete picture of the apartment complex. She didn’t try to upsell us or pressure us excessively unlike many other places we went to. The apartment building itself was also stunning, with great views, amenities and quality fittings. We decided to move in within hours of the showing. Great job!

This place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Everything about 399 Fremont is on point. It’s in a great location, the quality of everything is solid, and there are tons of amenities. They have a pool, outdoor patio for entertaining, a private dining room and kitchen for private entertaining, a 24 gym– including a spinning room w TRX and a yoga room (and free group classes weekly!). They also have bike storage AND a little bike workshop where you can fill your tires w air, screw, loosen or whatever on your bike, and it’s 3 blocks to the embarcadero. I also feel very safe here.
The staff is always pleasant, fun and super helpful. They have your best interest in mind and it’s genuine. There’s a good energy about this place. I’m so thankful I found it!!!

This place is stunning. After touring a ton of new construction in Soma, this is the only building that seemed to hire an interior designer. The finishes are beautiful and modem with a consideration for color and details. And on top of everything, the entire staff is incredibly friendly. Every time I come home, it’s like being greeted by friends. Special thank you to Maggie… She really made my move-​in experience extremely easy.

The first tenants moved in on March 1, 2016, and I was lucky enough to be in that group. The concierge desk is amazing. Lawrence is simply the best, like the freaking best, and Alicia was a pleasure to greet every morning on my way to work. The amenities here are outrageously awesome from the gym to the heated pool to the outdoor kitchens and then some. I leased through a 3rd party since it was temporary corporate housing for me for 3 months. Because of that I cannot comment on the leasing team other than to say they were super nice once when I had to ask if they could print something since I didn’t have a printer. Big thumbs up.

This place is amazing. The amenities are endless and the rents reasonable. The views, especially of the Bay Bridge, are incredible.
Maggie was knowledgeable and impressive at making us feel at home on our tour.

This building is simply stunning — I say this as a former resident of Millennium Tower. Same builders, but they somehow took the great things about MT and improved everything. UDR management is fantastic, especially Sarah Frey in the leasing office!

I love living at 399 Fremont! The building is beautiful and the staff is great. Sarah and Maggie made the lease signing and moving in process so easy and fun. And the concierge staff is great! Lawrence is always cheerful and welcomes me by name, John is so sweet and even helped me bring up heavy furniture to my room, and the whole staff is great! Very happy I decided to move in here :-)

The building is very beautiful indeed!
They offer lot of amenities and great and spacious community places!
All leasing agents were very friendly, accommodating and helpful, especially Maggie.
Despite the busy Saturday, she was able to tour us around the building, explain every details and didn’t seems to rush.
Even though, after we signed and complete the contract, she still following up about the questions that we may have or anything else she can help.
Two thumbs up for the apartment and the agents who works here!

As previously mentioned, everyone in the leasing center was extremely friendly, accommodating, and clearly excited to welcome new residents to a fabulous (new!) building. Katie is an absolute gem and made the process as frictionless as humanly possible. If my experience so far is any indicator of what’s to come, I may never leave.
