This place is always hit or miss. Unfortunately lately it’s mostly always a miss. I first started coming here with my fiancé years ago when visiting the area and I remember it being much much better back then. However it’s been going down hill pretty steadily since then. I always get a burrito de asada and somehow it’s different every time. Sometimes it has ridiculously spicy chili on it, sometimes the cheese I get inside is bunched up in one area and doesn’t melt, sometimes it big sometimes it’s tiny. Fiancés super nachos lately are so watery and stink like wet dog so bad that I’ve lost my appetite sitting next to him and he can’t even finish them because he gets grossed out. It’s overly expensive in my opinion since the quality is clearly lacking. You can try it once and see if it’s for you but there’s much better Mexican places in the LA area.

This place is fine; i’ve never been a fan of their asada, but this place is always packed. It’s gotten quite pricey, if you ask me. I’ll order the asada tacos plate, two medium aguas frescas and some regular nachos and it’s about $ 25 bucks. Meh… it’s not the worst and not the best.

The food is ok, but the employees attitude is so fucken disgusting. The cashier with give you a dirty look and have attitude with you no matter how nice you are. I ordered papa nachos with no onion and chili when u places my order she repeated it to me and it was correct I got my order walked to the car and checked my order and behold onion and chili, I can’t eat onion I’m allergic so I went In and just told them to forget it I looked in the back and the guy was cutting up meat while eating takis chips with no gloves that’s so gross. I won’t eat here again

The milanesa tacos are the best! Very friendly staff and lively atmosphere. A little bit crowed, but plenty of table space. Self-serve chips, beans, and salsa bar. Yum!

Came here because it was the only place open after 9 that was walking distance from an event my fiancé and I attended. We ordered super fries with carne asada, guacamole salsa and a medium drink and it came out to almost $ 20…more pricey than normal places we go to like Santana’s and Alberto’s. The lady was also pretty rude about our service dog. We brought him in and she right away told us they weren’t allowed inside even though he had his vest on and my fiancé even told her and she still said no. Anyways, the carne asada super fries weren’t great. The fries were skinny and crispier than the usual fries used for super fries. Then, the cheese used was nacho cheese which also is different from the usual. The carne asada were in small pieces but they did give a lot. It was already topped with green onions, onions and parsley. It wasn’t bad, but it definitely was not worth the price and not great either. We usually kill carne asada fries like nothing(and the fries are fatter too) but this one we went a little past halfway and just couldn’t handle it anymore.

I’ve been coming here my entire life and I would say this the best fast food Mexican restaurant I ever go to. The staff is always friendly and have never gotten my order wrong. I love hat they always use fresh ingredients and their horchata is to die for. They are also vegetarian friendly which is big plus. Try their regular nachos and add onions, cilantro, and lime to them. So good!

Honestly I can’t complain… I always feel taken care of every time I go. The staff is super friendly. They have big portions which is great. The price is reasonable. I love going here and have been… I love their super papas which is like über nachos. They are so good.

Can’t really complain about the food, i order the super nachos not knowing there was a difference between regular nachos and the super nachos which i got. I order my nachos with everything not knowing they were going to add the melted yellow cheese instead of the white shredded cheese, i wish i would have know there was two different sizes in nachos and the type of cheese they used on them cause half way thru the cheese taste was overwhelming. Plus they charge you and extra dollar for a.t.m. charge no matter what the price is.

Horrible food, horrible service, and flies everywhere you can’t even eat in peace cause u have to swat the flies away from your food! The 2 women at the front counter have a bad attitude and treated us like we were crap. I ordered the chicken nuggets for my son and when they were ready the lady put ketchup packets on top and some fries and a nugget fell off the plate and the lady just scooped it up with her hands and put it back on the plate. Seriously? Then as we are eating, the food was not fresh, it was super bland, the best thing was the Chile. Then one of the lady’s at the counter comes and asks for my receipt because she«forgot» to put it on the register(whatever that means) and when my bf went to ask for my receipt back they acted stupid like they didnt know what he was talking about. Not to mention i got food poisoning from eating this crap! NEVER again will i come here! HORRIBLE!!!

The one thing that i really like about this chain is their beans. If you eat in, they have beans and grilled onions and jalapeños foe the customers. It’s a nice little touch.

I can’t with this place anymore. I grew up on the super nachos. They used to be $ 8. Last time I went about a year ago, they were $ 10. Today, $ 12 plus $ 1 to run the card. Last time I had them I got sick. Today, about 5 minutes after I finished, the guts started churning. I’m currently writing this review from the can. Bye bye Rigos.

I had to log into this business again this was I went this Saturday 28 of March. This place was good and now it went to shit, for the reason me and my boyfriend got two burritos one of carne asada and one of lengua the meat in his burrito was hard and not cut right there was no Chile in it and my burrito was also not good the meat was not cut right no Chile and they didn’t cut the meat plus it had like chunks of fat in it it was all bad, and the meat gets you sick there. plus they had a new girl and she was kinda rude.

I’ve always liked this place the main older lady at the register is always very friendly. They recently got a new register girl and I would say she needs to change her attitude. She was rude to a guy ahead of me who was just wondering the differences between 2 plates. She looked annoyed answering. Customer Service experience is what got the rating.

Being born and raised in San Fernando, I have to say Rigo’s is the place to go. People are way too needy and picky on these reviews. This place is great.

Good food, they actually have carne asada fries here which most places don’t have, the only down fall is that the carne asada fries are pretty pricey, $ 15.00 for an order, but overall good place

Carne asada tacos are BOMB here. It is mostly locals and people know what’s up. If you eat in they give you nachos with beans which are damn tasty. I don’t usually like beans but they do beans well. Think of it is a mini side order of nachos for free if you order a couple of tacos. Insider tip: they do free refills on drinks like horchata but it isn’t posted anywhere so you have to ask. I love the food here and the staff are friendly. It is very popular with locals. Parking lot is on the small side for how popular it is.
