Very disappointed with the Santa Fe chicken burger I ordered in drive through. The burger was cold, w/stale bread. Chicken tasted and looked old and like it was reheated in microwave and burnt. On our other order we asked for no onions, but what do we find when we get home? Onions of course. Unacceptable. Even if it’s fast food, there should be some basic quality standards, or pride in the product bring provided. Not coming back.

This has to be one of the easiest jobs in the world yet the workers here always get our order wrong or leave something out when we have a large order from our work. Check your bags before you drive off at the drive-thru…they most likely forgot something or gave you the wrong order!

TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! My girlfriend and I stopped by the drive thru for a late night meal. They got our order wrong. I had to take a 10 minute drive back. When I told the lady at the drive thru my order was wrong she didn’t apologize. Just rolled her eyes, and gave me the wrong order again. I ordered large crisscut fries and she kept giving me regular fries. So I told her again my order was wrong in which she didn’t respond, just took back the regular fries and slammed the drive thru window shut. Came back and handed me large crisscut fries, then quickly walked away. No apology, And she even took back the regular fries, so I had to waste double the gas going back for their mistake.

Brain dead mental midget Millennials working here are just a glimpse of what’s in store for America. Pathetic idiots are forced into socialism by indoctrination and limited brain activity. I weep for the future. Luckily, the next generation will be NWO approved machines complete with the mark of the beast, but I’ll be dead. A real Liberal utopia that can easily be understood over a Western bacon cheeseburger. «Cupcake» couldn’t even count the change back without an electronic device cheering her on. Probably an LAUSD graduate. The sammich was outta this world tho! MMMMMMMMM

I have to say that my experience was horrible. I waited 22 minutes for chicken tenders for my daughter so I inquired about our order and the manager Nelly had the worst customer service about it. It will be a very long time if I visit that location again or perhaps we won’t eat at that location again, both my child and I are very disappointed.

Just ate here for breakfast and it’s a shame the service has gone down. My husband ordered the Diablo burrito for breakfast and asked if it’s possible to grill it. The server who spoke Spanish as we placed the order in Spanish looked at us like if we ordered from the secrete menu. She then asked the server next to her of its possible to «grill» a burrito along with«this customer is being picky» right In front of us, my husband heard her loud and clear and made reference to her saying he’s paying for his food and he never disrespected her. Once we get the burrito it’s not even grilled much less rolled like a burrito. Half ass job we have ever seen. DON’T GOHERE! Horrible service evem if your really nice.

Same old story. .. every once in awhile I head back into this place. .. maybe because it’s close to my office; or maybe I’m just a sucker for the chain’s ridiculous advertisements. In any event, two or three times a year(for the past five years) I’ve opted for a fast food lunch at this particular Carl’s. During and after my meal the term«consistently disappointing» always seems to come to mind, and then I question myself [again] why did I come here? Today was no exception. The cashier who greeted me kindly asked if I wanted to order the Midnight Moonshine Burger. My negative reply,(as I thought about how disgusting of a prospect that was), was followed by my order consisting of a Steakhouse Burger and a side of onion rings. Although displayed on a window poster, the Steakhouse Burger wasn’t on the posted menu so I was just a little disconcerted when I discovered(on my receipt) that item was priced at $ 7.79 which put it among Carl’s most expensive single items — no problem as long as it’s good. Guess I’ll never know since I was served a Moonshine Burger anyways. .. it was,(as I had assumed it would be), a fairly disgusting fast food experience. What exactly gives a ‘Moonshine” burger its signature distinction I do not know, nor do i want to know. If Carl’s employees or management knows, I seriously doubt it’s the sort of information they’d want to freely share with consumers. Long story short. .. for a total cost of $ 12.30 I was served a burger and a side of Crisscuts; neither of which were selections I had ordered and paid for. Maybe six or nine months from now when I think again about having my lunch at Carl’s Jr. Store 7376, this review will remind me to pass on a «consistently disappointing» lunch and perhaps move on to something more appealing.

I see that this location is getting terrible reviews. That just hasn’t been my experience here. I mean it’s fast food and all, but it hasn’t been any better or worse than any other Carl’s Jr I’ve been to.

Okay, that’s it, I am done with Carls Jr. altogether. Went in yesterday for breakfast and the prompt at the drive through asked if I wanted a breakfast item. Naturally I placed a breakfast order only to be told by the order taker that they were not open for breakfast yet. Really? Come on, who is running this place? Why have the message if not ready to serve breakfast. Also at that hour, all the other fast food places are serving breakfast-McDonald’s, Del Taco, etc., etc. I went to the local Del Taco. Since Karl Karcher died, the chain has gone down the toilet. The rats are running the ship. Finito, I am gone, and never again will I darken the halls of Carls Junior. Your have blown it!

Worst Carl’s Jr I have ever been too. Literally 30 mins ago I went thru the drive thru and ordered a double western cheeseburger combo with a fruit punch and a super star combo with a cherry coke. I got all the way home to have the complete wrong order. They charged me $ 20.14 for shit I did not order. When I called to advise my order was wrong they had no idea what I was talking about because they did not speak any english. They passed the phone too 3 different ladies before supposedly speaking to the manager maria who barely spoke any english as well. She just kept saying I’ll remake the order. I told her no just give me back my money because you guys cant get a simple order correct. She gave me an attitude and hung up on me. I will definitely be calling coporate about their rude customer service and lack of hospitality. BEWARE. DONOTEATATTHISCARL’S JR.

When I come into a restaurant or a fast food restaurant, I expect to get what I pay for. Considering the fact that food prices are increasing, I’m always willing to pay for good food, and I did. The food was good, i had the French toast sandwich and it was satisfying. BUT, the men’s bathroom was horrifically disgusting. I mean, I know it’s a bathroom, but cmon, it’s a Carl’s jr, not an am pm gas station(that’s how it looked).

I came by to try it one more time because I was really hungry and close by. Also because the In N Out is still closed. I ordered the chiken bbq and a chocolate chip cookie. The bread was very soggy and it was drowned in bbq sauce. I get it’s a bbq chiken sandwich but the amount of bbq sauce on it was ridiculous. Everything in the sandwich was drenched with sauce and soggy. The cookies were pretty bad too. They tasted old and crumbled easily. Today is Wednesday and the sticker on the cookie says it’s from last friday. So I guess that explains that. This was the last time I come here. Im waiting till the in n out opens up again next door.

Out of soda and they still want to charge extra for any substitutes. Told the girl at the register«that I shouldn’t be charged since it’s not my fault they are out of soda» she looked at me and with an attitude said«well it’s not my fault either» We ended up leaving. Called to let them know they shouldn’t give attitude to customers for something that is not the customers fault and the customer shouldn’t have to pay the penalty. The girl on the phone gave me attitude also(probably the same girl)

Today I tried the new all natural 100% grass fed burger and I rate it ZEROSTARS!!! I stopped eating fast food for 4 years and when I saw this I thought Carl’s Jr was going to make a change in making their meat but I was wrong. After I ate the burger literally 10 min. Later I got a really bad stomachache. So that means the burger is not natural and it’s like any other burger that they sell there. If you want to eat an all natural burger it shouldn’t be from a fast food joint EVER!!! If any of you know a good burger joint that have 100% grass fed burgers please let me know, I would really appreciate it.

I have been ther twice and ordered a 6 dollar burger which was dry and COLD. I don’t understand how a burger can be cold? The staff was very rude. VERY Dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting and overflowing with towels. The tables were not wiped off.

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. We stopped here on our drive up to Nor Cal and this was probably the worst decision. We would have gone next door to In n Out but we wanted to eat inside. The bathrooms were disgusting and overflowing on unsanitary napkins. The tables were not wiped off. Only good thing is that you got your order quickly.

I got sweet potato fries. I asked for ranch & the lady at the window gave me one. I asked for another & she said they only provide one with the order. I asked how much to buy one & she told me I can’t. What? It’s almost 1am, there’s nowhere else nearby that’s open where I can get ranch. How am I just not allowed to have more when I’m willing to buy it? Rude. When I was confused & weirded out she gave me one more & said she’ll «let it slide this time». That’s some BS at 1am. Not coming here again

I cant believe that fast food workers want to be paid $ 15.00 an hr when they cant even get a simple order right, nothing more or even a high school diploma . I ordered a simple double bbq bacon cheese burger. Got a single! Girlfriend ordered a chicked sandwich and fot chicken strips. WTF! What part of English dont they understand? As it was once said, «they’ll get you through the drive– thru everytime»! This Carl JR sucks !

DONOTEATHERE. Yesterday my brother ordered the bacon western and got us both fries. The fries were disgusting I could not eat them, I would have preferred mcdonalds refried fries and I would never eat mcdonalds. My brother also woke up with a bad case of food poisoning, he has been throwing up all day. This place was decent, but now it isn’t worth a dime. I would not recommend.
