Kody, changed our car battery when it died at a movie theater. It felt like it was a 1,000° that day. He showed up within 15 mins. and finished changing it before the heat kicked our butts. Thank you Kody, you the f’ing man, bro.

A couple of weeks ago I went out to my car at 8 o’clock at night right after work only to find that my tire was flat. I called AAA and they of course sent Sanders towing. My Service agent, otherwise known as my momentary superhero, Kody, was super sweet and just so helpful. I have a full size spare that I bought from certified Goodyear. here in San Dimas. When Kody went to put the spare on the Lugnuts didn’t fit because Goodyear sold me the wrong rim. So here I am stuck at work with a spare that won’t fit because I was sold the wrong rim. So I called auto zone and they had the right size lug nuts for my spare. So Kody went to AutoZone to buy the right lug-​nuts to fit the tire so that I could get my car home. This young man went above and beyond to help me. I sent him with the money, he came right back and had me on my way home. I adopted a new kid that night. What a good boy! He even had me text him to make sure I ft home ok. Now that’s how people should treat each other!!!
Once again, GREAT customer service from Sanders towing. I’ve been a resident in San Dimas for 48 years. Sanders has been around for as long as I can remember. They have always been a fantastic company to deal with and the employees always treat you like they would if you were one of their own family members. After calling road service for a flat tire, Kody arrived in 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly and had our tire changed in less than 10 minutes. We appreciated the quick service. I would definitely call this company again. Thanks for the awesome service, Kody!

After leaving the office for the day I come to find out I have a dead battery. Sanders Towing (Armando) was at my office within 20 minutes and had me back up and running. Armando was friendly and courteous. He explained all that he was doing from the battery test to batter charge. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Armando!!!

I locked my keys in my car and had to be somewhere by 6, the operator said someone will be there in about 20 mins, I was anxiously waiting and when I called to let my friend know I was running late, I luckily I saw a car pull up. Thank God! Kody shook my hand, was respectful, polite and got here in under 10 mins. I am extremely satisfied and got to my destination in a timely manner. Yes getting my keys out was the point but getting excellent customer service is even better. Thank you Kody! You are awesome!

The Auto Club used Sanders Towing to provide a new battery. The technician Kody K. was remarkably professional, efficient and polite. He actually made the experience pleasant.
Based on Kody I would use Sanders Towing again.

Great service from Sanders. Came within 15
minutes. The driver was very helpful & friendly. Took the utmost care of our car.
We would recommend their towing service.
Made a difficult situation of our car breaking
down so easy to deal with having it towed to our mechanic.

When I got back from out of town for 2 weeks, I discovered that my second car had a dead battery (haha big surprise there!). So I called the AAA who contracts with Sanders and had a technician from Sanders come to jump the battery.
Just let me say that this is the first time they sent someone who went above and beyond my expectations. They have sent tow truck guys before but while they were capable and did the job, it was never without their trying to sell me a new battery, taking a real long time to connect the jumper cables, claiming it’s not the battery but the electrical system after conducting a 1 minute test, etc. They thought since I’m female I must be a total dumb ass… not!
Anyway, the man they sent this time in early January was prompt, very efficient, polite, and didn’t waste even one minute of my time… he was super awesome!

Yes people, please tip these folks if they do a good job for you, they deserve it!
