Awful service… I ask for a special order and the girl cut me off… I ask for whopper with only lettuce, tomoatoe and cut in half… she just shove my order and walk away. I had to wait for the next car to come up and she look out the window until I flag her down then she came out. I did got it cut and she did say have a good day.

I would give it zero starts if I could save your self do not eat here. I have been here a few times and the quality is always going down these girls on the register can not count change I think they do it to pocket the money I asked for fresh and my onion rings were so cold I thought they were frozen it’s an all female staff maybe they spend to much time talking and bullshiting then doing anything else. Just save your self some time if you want good Burger King and the proper change with out getting burned go to the one on grand and Covina Blvd my food has always been hot perfect and my money was always right.

Large fries were extremely tiny. Messed up my order. Didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t go in to fix the order. And the quality was poor

Each time I have gone to this location there were different issues. Last two attempts to try this place were met with buns on the burger that were so hard they felt like biting through rawhide.

I’ve been going to this location since 2002 and never had an issue until yesterday 08/07/2015. I order the bacon and cheese whopper with onion rings, as i had nothing to eat since i woke up that morning. I ate all the onion rings and only 4 bites of the whopper when I realized I wasn’t feeling good. About 30mins after consuming, whatever they gave me, I started feeling disorientated, had violent stomach cramps, and eventually throwing up! Looks like something in what they served me was no good. It’s been almost 24hr since then and still feeling poorly! Ultimately I will never go back to a Burger King as a direct result of this episode! I’m sorry to say but avoid this place or take a chance and see if you get lucky enough to deal with the same issue I am dealing with. I’ve lost 2 days of work now over a value meal.

This morning I waited 15 minutes in drive thru with only one car in front of me. I figured when I got to the window my order would be ready, but instead I waited another 5 minutes just for an egg and cheese crossiant sandwich! I told them no meat and he assured me no meat… guess what was on the sandwich… SMH. I was such in a hurry to get out of there I didn’t check first… My bad.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I thought that maybe the staff were having a bad day, went back a week later and received the same NASTYNASTYATTITUDE by all the staff there exept a young boy boy working there sweeping that went out of his way to bring my friend some extra katup(I didn’t see him on our second visit) It seems to be ran by a little group of family. I went in with a mentally challenged friend, they were very rude to him as I let him order, when he got his order we realized that they had not made the burger the way he wanted it,(meat and cheese only) the MANGER grabs the burger and start making rude comments in Spanish not knowing that I am Hispanic and know Spanish. That was the first visit, the second that i made with my disabled friend is an even worst experience and story that made him feel horrible and as we left he was asking me what he did wrong and I had to keep assuring him that he did not do anything wrong and that he’s going to run into people like this that have problems in there life that’s why they treat other people bad. PLEASEDONOTGOTOBURGERKINGINSANDIMAS To show that this type of behavior is unacceptable

Burger King got 1 star because there is no star rating. The phones don’t work plain and simple franchise owner or whatever doesn’t respond to emails. The manager is trying her best I give her that, while she’s trying to explain workers not management. Chime in acting like they know something dropping some BS excuse about corporate but I know for a fact it’s a franchise. Get it together or close the doors and workers a little educated advice do your jobs stay out of the managers business she’s got it under control go make some fries and let the adults handle business. I’m LIVID!!!

Went here to try to use the rest of my gift card balance. I got a spicy chicken jr(1.00), small fries(2.09), and 10PC chicken nuggets(1.49). I became full from this and still didn’t finish my balance(.21 left)!! Place was clean and workers are friendly. Looks like I will be back when I need some fast food.

A solid, well-run Burger King with a fast drive-thru. The food is exactly what you expect from Burger King. The area is clean and safe.

I came to this location earlier and my hate rises. Ordered 4 burgers and 2 orders of 20 piece nuggets. So I get home and they forget one order of the nuggets. I tried calling at least 10 times, but they have the phone disconnected. Anyways I end up going back and tell the manager what happened. The one kid who originally took my order comes over and tells me he knows he messed up and apologized. I wasn’t really expecting a hand out, but they could have thrown in something literally anything in the bag for free as an apology since it was pouring rain and I had to drive all the way back to fix their mistake. The entire staff is full of dumbasses lead by a very rude manager. I thank you for the horrible treatment since I now know to never come back here again.

This little piggy went to market, This little piggy stayed home, This little piggy had roast beef, This little piggy had none, And this little piggy got turned into bacon for my amazing sandwich. Morbid, but true. Stopped here for lunch after driving around town for about 30 minutes being indecisive about where to eat. There are NOT a ton of great choices in the greater San Dimas/La Verne/Glendora«tri-city» area haha. At least not compared to LA. And in the time I spent driving around, I could have just driven to LA(ok, maybe if there was no traffic the whole way). I settled on the A1 Bacon Cheeseburger because, well, they had a big sign with its picture on it, and I succumbed to their advertising. I ordered the combo with onion rings, and large-sized it because I am an American, and that’s just what we do. Seriously though, this burger was fantastic. Maybe it’s just this burger, but I like how the bun wasn’t super thick like their other burgers. Two big patties, tons of cheese, onions and A1 sauce. And let’s not forget the bacon. That piggy did not die in vain — this burger was tasty! The guy working drive-thru was really friendly as well, which is unusual in most drive-thrus. Good times. I’ll apologize to my heart and arteries later.

Burger King has been banned by myself for the past couple of years. BUT, I went back and tried their Ultimate A1 Bacon Cheese-Burger which just bumped them back up, on my radar. This burger is actually pretty good, better than their whopper, and if you do not not like A1, than I would even suggest getting over the whopper — minus the A1. The patty’s are good in size, bacon is good, and just tasted better than your average burger king burger. The bun, could be a bit burger, but it worked for m

Since my last review, this place has stepped up their game. They have had more manager type people on the evening shift, and are much faster. I am impressed! now, to be honest, I don’t know if it was this post which helped or the face that I sent a similar message on the corporate site, but either way I feel I was listened to! Thank you BK!

Aside from the delicious Big King that brings me back for more, this location suffers from dirty tables. Clean this place up more and I might give it 4 stars

Horrible service! Horrible food! No wonder so many Burger Kings are closing! The guy at the drive-through is a complete idiot if you can’t handle Burger King drive through and simple orders your future looks pretty dim… However you are an outstanding asshole so I’m sure there’s a future there.

Well it’s Burger King. I’m not a Burger King Fan, because of the fatty food. But this one is definitely better then any other Burger King that I have been too. The place was kept up, clean, and really friendly staff. The service was actually better then any place that I have been to in a while. They made our food to our picky liking. The manager and workers were all really friendly. They even came to our table to check if there was anything else we needed. We needed BBQ sauce, because we forgot. They were more then happy to bring it. I actually had an awesome time at Burger King, so weird. LOL. We had to get out King crowns on the way out and that we did. :)

Jeremy and the cashier were very helpful and friendly. And the food was mixed. My whopper was piping hot and looked like it was freshly made, but the fish sandwich my husband ordered was too greasy. Other than that everything was good. The area was clean and well kept. It would be nice if they could update the décor. Since the décor is so outdated the place looks a tad bit rundown. Even though the crew was sweeping and wiping down tables to make it everything sparkle, the décor overwhelmed the area so much so that it still looks dingy even though they just cleaned it and I could see the were putting their backs in it. We’ll be back for the whopper but not for the fish.

I’ve gotta say, on first impression this location is way better than my usual location over in Azusa. My order, though taken through a staticy drive-thru speaker, was taken quickly and was friendly. Upon getting to the window, I made the point of giving them my sauce order before swiping my card(nothing is more annoying than being charged for sauce after getting your car back and either having to dig it back out and have a 25 cent charge or searching the car for 25 cents). to my surprise, the employee repeated my whole order back to me, sauces too, with a smile and in a friendly tone. After that, they pulled the olé switcharoo. I’m not sure when it happened, but the teenager turned into a 40-something lady who was equally as friendly as her predecessor. Again, to my surprise, she handed out my order with a ‘thank you’ and a smile, and the sauces were in my bag. No sass came with my sauce. I got the Bacon and Bleu Chef’s Choice burger. When I got home and picked the tomato off(I still can’t stomach them on burgers), it didn’t look like there was a lot of bleu cheese. I was wrong, there was a good amount on my delicious burger. The *new* fries lacked something at the Azusa location(some would call it salt). While these fries were better, they actually had a little salt, they were still lacking in the flavor department(I’ve always like the fries at BK because they’re always crispy, but I feel like the new fries have gotten rid of all seasoning). Overall, I might take my car-singing self to this location. Though it’s a mile or two our of the way, the service was great and the food was delicious.

Like most fast food joints, this Burger King is usually clean and the staff is friendly. My family likes this particular location because the food seems to be better and they don’t mess up orders, which is great. I do enojy ordering a Whopper every now and then because they are tasty and you get a lot more food for your money.
