Carl’s Jr

I live nearby but hadn’t been to this Carls Jr in YEARS. My family and i went through the drive thru last night. In a nutshell, they forgot my burger entirely. (Even though the drive thru woman asked me several questions when I was placing my order. She left it out completely.) My husband ordered some Green Burrito items that looked like they came straight from the microwave. His styrofoam taquito box even had a whole in the bottom. My kids hamburgers looked like they were sat on, totally smashed. I have no problem with Carls Jr food, as I have been to several other locations. but this one was terrible. Wont ever go back.

Ok so first off the food is good but for some reason every time I go I feel like a lot of these young people working there are very unprofessional and for some reason can’t always get my order right. I guess it depends on the day you go. But today was not a good one.

Ordered my burger plain with a fresh baked bun and a side of ranch and came home with a fully loaded burger with dripping ketchup and mayo, sesame seed bun, and no ranch. The receipt in the bag even had the correct order, it’s not difficult to double check the bag. Isn’t that a simple step of execution for food service? Why should I double check and take apart my order just to confirm the order was correct? If I were to do that I might as well be behind that drive thru and be on the payroll for Carl’s Jr. Now I remember why I never come to this location because they always seem to mess up the simplest orders.

I just had to see what all the hype was over the new Mushroom and Swiss All-​Natural Burger. Well, sorry to disappoint you but they can keep it.
The lettuce and tomato was fresh and crisp, but as for the burger itself it fell flat. No taste. No seasoning. Just blah. Wasn’t worth the money.
Come on Carl, I have had every hamburger on your menu except the hot spicy ones. I know you’ve got a winner coming up. I’ll be waiting…

So disgusted right now! I went ahead and ordered a Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich combo and several other burgers. For starters, the cokes I ordered had almost no gas. It literally was soda flavored water! The fries were half way empty, so much so that there was almost no difference between the large fries and the small fries.
The cherry on top was that as I was eating my burger, I got close to the center of the chicken patty only to realize that is was severely undercooked!!! It was seriously, like chewing on hard gum!!! So gross!!! I called three times and no one picked up the phone. I will never be back to this location again!

I ordered two hamburgers through drive thru. Both of them were not the burger ordered. It’s always fun to discover that once you’re back on the freeway. Check your order before leaving the window.
On the upside, they were nice and my Diet Coke was right.

Jalapeño burger awesome. Kids meals awesome. Mile high bacon burger, unfortunately, not as advertised. I was expecting a strips of bacon per advertisement but what i got were bacon bits. Maybe my hopes were to high but carl’s jr hasn’t disappointed me until today. Great tasting burger but I was expecting delicious strips of bacon.

This place sucks I ordered a lot of food for me and my party and we were dining in and the Asian lady that took our order was slow and we had to repeat ourselves like 3 times also they handed out food to another person and as I’m watching them go through the food and touch it till they realize it’s not there’s the Asian lady brought it back behind the counter and the manager was like it’s there food (pointing to us) and they bring it out to us and the Asian lady touches our food again and we just got a refund that’s just gross come on and have common sense don’t give out food you have been touching and having random people touch. We then went to the del taco next door and they had great service.

Really great service! I came here pretty early and was greeted by all employees. Very nice and clean restaurant. It’s really nice starting my day off with such good vibes. Thank you so much…

The Manager is not very happy with his existence and seems like his mind is somewhere else. I ordered the famous star with cheese, but when I received my food there was no cheese. I took it over to the manager and he was going to give me slices of cheese, which would have been fine for me, but in the five feet he had to walk it over to me, he dropped the cheese on his sweaty shirt, and was still trying to give it to me. He seemed to notice the horror on my face with thoughts of eating sweaty cheese off of his sweaty belly and offered to give me a new burger. That was a great solution to the problem, but, it brings up the question; what is going on when I am not looking? The manager should have the best moral compass in the establishment… what is he allowing his minions to do? This is the last time I will eat there, I wonder how much funk I have unknowingly put into myself. The horror, the horror.

Ordered a steak burrito and it was so burning hot that I literally had to wait about 30 minutes to eat it. Guacamole and steak was burnt. Burritos are only $ 2.99 but if I were the CEO I would make a large authentic burrito with top quality and charge $ 4.09.

Usually good service but today… Can u sound any more unappreciative and unwilling? This place had a convenient location and everything is made great. Love carls jr. :) usually staff is in good spirits. Usually. Except today. Lol!

This place has the worst customer service. The manager was one of the worst I have ever seen. He spaced out and did not even notice us waiting in line, then an old woman comes in and walks in front of us then he notices and takes her order. Don’t waste your time try McDonald across the street there is also Taco Bell /​Pizza Hut.

Wow great customer service.
Their special that they offered my friend for breakfast was blaaaap tasteless.
My breakfast special was Ok.
Well maybe the great customer service has improved.
Now please fix your morning specials…

The best thing about this location, is the location. I tried the sweet potato fries… and they were not so great. The only thing i buy from here is a western bacon burger, never disappoints!

Best fries of any fast food chain, yep even in&out don’t got it like they do since Carl’s switched to the whole cut fries.

My wife and I stopped eating here. Next to the 57 freeway, the location is a frequent stop over for the regular panhandlers, unemployed and homeless people who prey upon the customers and the establishment. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, it doesn’t let up. Well, that is the environmental and ambiance of this Carl’s Jr.
Now let’s discuss the food. The burgers are cookie cutter so so type that misses the grandeur of fast foods at under $ 10 meals. Breakfast is essentially oily and will make you fart. Coffee is usually watered down.
Is this the sign of the times? You get what you pay for and a lot less nowadays.

Of the two Carl’s Jr. s near me, this is the one I go to. Sure, it’s out of the way by ten minutes but at least the drive-​through window is in the right place (the other location has placed the drive-​through so it’s on the passenger’s side of the car, very convenient when ordering alone). Service wasn’t horrible, it was better than average I must say. My food came out quickly, though the fries were lukewarm at best. When I asked for sauce, the employee asked if that was all (I loved this, she didn’t make me feel like an ass for wanting sauce). The food itself was good. I’d never had the chicken strips and they were really good (again, lukewarm and the breading was a bit soggy). I’m not unhappy with my meal at all. It was what I was craving and was very good. I will continue to drive out of my way to avoid climbing through my car to pay for my food.

I normally don’t eat at fast food places but was in a bit of a hurry. Anyways we order and this girl just gives us an attitude! Yuck! We will not be coming back here again… I just told her she can ateast pretend to be nice to customers and not be so rude!

Maybe I am biased because I used to work drive thru here back in the day and made out with my Biggest Crush at the time in the refrigerator but I will always have a soft spot for Carls… My favorite is the BBQ chicken sandwich no BBQ sauce extra mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions (fresh) Oh and lets not FORGET the strawberry shakes and the crispy cut fries and fried zucchini. My mouth is watering just thinking about it then there are those wonderful little stars and the cheesecake and the southwest chicken OMG the list goes one I could go on… This will always be one of my faves…
