If it wasn’t for Mario, we would have left a long time ago. Had someone come out for a termite issue, and never had anyone finish the inspection and let us know of the cost. No need having an appointment because the office cancels your appointment. Also definitely overpriced!
Again, Mario is WONDERFUL, and makes it worth going through all of the other issues. He is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

5 stars all the way! Amazing customer service. Forget those 1800 bug company’s that treat you like just another number, this small family business has got it going on. The tech was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain what he was doing and why. He took extra care knowing I had pets and was very personable. Rates are competitive with large 800 bug companies if not lower and you don’t have to sign a contract!!! Love this place I won’t ever call anyone else!!! Can’t say enough good things about them!!! Give them a call!!!
