the worst company ever! they keep charging me after I closed my account last year and they are saying that they will send mu account to collection! The people that work there have no manners! they are liars and just want your money and I canceled my subscription both by email and by phone 30 days prior after about 1 year. I was then sent a bill for 147.00. They told me that I re joined and I owe them and my bill was going to be send up to collection!

This is by far the BEST platform I have seen in over 15 years! People go to Unilocal to complain — even Unilocal has horrible reviews! Z57 has been in business 17 years with an A+ rating with BBB. Every complaint is based off of «trying to cancel a contract that was agreed upon.» Try getting out of a phone contract — good luck! Yet, you don’t see people not having a cell phone. This company has over 100,000 clients– over 40 great reviews on the website alone (far more than here) with each issue answered by customer service. Like anything… it works if you work it! You can’t get a brand new website, a Facebook page, IDX on Facebook, Lead management, Lead capture, drip email campaigns, unlimited support, and 90% of the work done for you, for $ 125/​month!!! These people complaining are the same people who will complain their gym membership doesn’t work because they didn’t lose weight after going to the gym once a month! This platform is awesome and definitely worth the money– it will change your business if you put in a little bit of time.

I echo what the majority of people have to say. I did serve out my full contract, and still it is difficult to cancel. I’ve actually lost members on Facebook because of their posts, which I’m sure I can turn off, but haven’t on account I’m paying for them.
I’ve challenged them on how basic and unappealing the website was, and no one has ever been able to fix it into something that is descent or works with the logos that I have. All I asked for was a basic white background, and they couldn’t do it, because of the css built into their templates that they couldn’t manipulate.
I was told that my posts would always be better than theirs, because it would be more targeted. That makes me wonder what I’m paying for then.
You can read the comments by Jelena on each one of these posts and see what you will have to deal with when you’re locked in to them. The heretohelp email is insulting. They are just interested in being right, and proving that they are more aware of the contract requirements than you are.
I’ve already covered my entire costs, and talked to them early on about canceling, and they say they need another phone call to cancel. How hard should it be to cancel a contract? To claim they are protecting their clients and the web sites? Here I am on Unilocal,talking about how bad their service is, and how ridiculous it is to get out of the contract. Is there really any doubt whether or not I want to be out of the contract?
You can also look up the BBB complaint that I have made, since they charged me for the domain renewal that I never authorized, which was basically ignored on my customer service email.
But you still need a phone call to ensure that it’s me that wants to cancel? is there voice recognition software to ensure that it’s me? Are there security questions? Nope. Just a salesman that wants another chance to screw you some more.

Very nice staff but who isn’t when they are trying to get your money. This product did absolutely nothing to grow my business but take my money every month. If any agents out there have a successful platform, please share it with us. BTW, I am writing this while holding and listing to the company music while waiting to cancel this major under performer.

Z57 has been great to work with. There is a lot of chatter on here that does not add up. Every time i have called, I have talked to a person almost instantly. Some people are talking about issues with billing? Getting out of a CONTRACT? People– its a contract– YOU SIGNED it. they offered me a month to month OR a 12 month agreement. YOU GET TO CHOOSE– dont say that they are sneaky. It’s like people that say «i hate wells fargo «when in reality they are just mad because they got charged fees for going over the limit. This is by far the greatest system out there and at an incredible price. I remember this company from many years ago, and yes– i wasn’t a fan back then, but I am very impressed with what they have today.

I wish I had read these reviews before signing up with this company! They are a total scam and waste of money! Their posts were either boring (like 5 total views) from one of two sites, inappropriate (talking about how to prepare for heavy storms– I am in So Cal!!), or just plain detrimental to my business! I had to delete many of the posts and then when I called to cancel after two weeks, I was told that my «30 day notice» was put in! Huh??? Oh, it’s in the contract you signed, I was told. Well, of course I wasn’t told that I would have to keep paying for this crap long after I had cancelled. Not to mention, I haven’t gotten paid for three months! Slimy people with no conscience! Run! Do not do business with these scammers!

This is the WORST company I have done business with in a very long time. Total and complete FRAUD. Do not waste your time or money. A lot of empty promises and call center mentality. They will re-​direct your website without transferring content/​pics/​etc. with no regard to how it impacts a business. Customer service will keep you on the phone for 30 – 45 mins blowing smoke and promising to follow through. I have never seen such an complete lack of integrity in a company as this one. I should be sending them a bill for wasting hours upon hours of my time and costing my company business.

If I could give this team a –100 I would. They are the worst! It might be a phishing or credit scam. Why? Because the services they offer, what they promise is not even close to what you receive. They said money back guarantee, you won’t have to pay for anything until you are satisfied with the look of your website and FaceBook page.
My FaceBook Welcome page had the wrong phone # listed, IDX MLS has been approved for months, months and still does not work! The website itself was really bad and while they fixed it, it took a long time and a lot of hassles.
The cost is double maybe triple what I’ve previously paid for less than adequate customer service and a website design that just isn’t cutting edge, which is also what they promised.
They are trying to hold me to a contract which they have not honored their end of the bargain and I’m losing business. I stated to them I would report them to the BBB, Attorney Generals Office, NAR, CAR, and Sandicor because of their lousy business ethics.
I suggest if you have had the same experience please do so too. Z57 is the WORST!

Do not go with this company! I left after last year after an absolutely terrible experience where they produced nothing and just took many, many hundreds of dollars.
This company has called me three times in the last month promising how they’ve fixed things etc. The first two times I explained my previous experience and politely disengaged and refused to participate. The last time, the guy on the phone was downright rude. He was critical and spoke over me, even went so far as to criticize me. I tried to be polite, but after several minutes of this I was forced to hang up.
Please, please read the Unilocal reviews! I did not do this originally and if I did it would have saved me much heartache. They have great salespersons, but in the end the Unilocal reviews are 100% accurate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I liked their integration with Facebook, but their back end is archaic! Within 2 weeks of signing up automatic emails went out to everyone that had been imported and after calling customer support to ask that they were shut off, another one went out to all my contacts. There is no easy way to delete duplicate contacts, when mailing to contacts, it’s either with first and last name or no name at all, the site is VERY SLOW every time I lot in, I wait 10+ minutes on the phone every time when I call customer support. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Terrible quality, horrendous service, NO VALUE! I spent hundreds of dollars, months of my time, and quite a bit of energy trying to get a professional website through Z57. They could not accommodate any of my requests without weeks of hassle, extra fees, and in the end they still didn’t deliver anything worth-​while. This company was a nightmare to get free from. I called and canceled 3 times. Every time I gave a 30-​day notice, paid cancellation fees and was continually billed. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM!

If there was a minus star… it would better fit. I have been with z57 for a year and a half, I have not got any results from them handling my Business FB page so I called to cancel in March 2015. They pleaded with me to give them 30 days at no charge to prove they were worthy of their services. I agreed and gave them what they ask for. Well I wasn’t seeing any results as usual. I emailed them and told them I was no longer interested in their services. I got a call about 2 weeks ago saying I was behind in my payments. So I called them back and I was told I can’t tell them by email I have to make a call. I made the call in March. So now they are saying I owe them 3 months of service which I asked to be discontinued in April again. I told them I would pay the one month for my notice and they told me I will be taken to collections… My advise STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. They did this to me 5 years ago also… I should have learned my lesson then… Bad Business folks…

After signing up with Z57, I called to cancel my service within three business days. The first time I called they told me someone from customer service would call me back. Of course no one did so I had to call them back and this time asked to be transferred to customer service and speak to them directly. After 5 minutes of pressure to stay I asked for a full refund per the service agreement. He finally relented and said it would take 3 – 5 business days for the refund to process. I also asked for an email confirming cancellation, which he said he would do. After 6 business days with no email or refund, I called and spoke with yet another person. He indicated that according to my account I accepted an offer of one free month of service to stay on with them. I said that is a lie and I wanted my refund. He stated that he saw that I did call within three days so that he would get back to me later that day. One day later and still nothing. So I will have to yet again call and try to get this resolved. Stay tuned… AND STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE THEM! I had signed up and they didn’t do anything. Have tried to cancel by email. Normal business practice. No they only accept calls. I have called a dozen times. This is a sham. Do not use them for anything. Still in process of cancelling with them and they want to charge me for a full year. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

I can’t give negative stars or I would! The worst website design, no personality, not innovative, pure and simply put boring! They just don’t get it and they don’t care!

Signed up with Z57 Sept 2013. Sounded like the future was coming to Facebook. It took 6 month’s to get the IDX link working. Z57 was absent from getting it straightened out, but fully engaged in billing my credit card.
Every other month, I would get a promotional call asking for me to take additional services. Each time I would state I have no interest in more of their product unless they would make credit me the month’s of billing, with no service.
The agent would always say they will handle it and get back to me.
Never happened.
The only way I could get their attention is when my credit card changed numbers. Suddenly, they were on the phone, emailing me and mailing letters that I’m past due.
Though it is cancelled, they continue to be billing more and more every month.
At the time of this rating, it is not resolved and continuing.
From the product stand point, It never generated a lead. $ 1500 later and climbing, I still remain disappointed.

Update: I’m sorry to report that after several disappointments and unsatisfactory responses, I have switched website providers. This was a hard choice as I had to rebuild a lot of content and repair many broken website links.
I’ve had multiple z57 sites for over 10 years. I have never been unhappy with the customer service. The company has floated my bill when I was between commissions, which most service providers won’t do. The SEM and lead services aren’t bad either. I get phone calls all the time from companies targeting z57 customers, which tells me they’re a strong player in the market who is facing a lot of new competitors. I believe they genuinely try to provide value and current technology, and have their hiccups like every other tech company.

BUYER BEWARE Horrible customer service, slow web hosting, over very poor experience. This company does not care about its customers. Once they get you in the door, you will feel like no one listens to you. Often the customer support line goes down and disconnects. Nothing professional about Z57 in any way! No values or respect for clients. Managers take DAYS to return calls. Website has been slow causing our web based leads to disappear and lose business. Do NOT waste you money!!!
