This place was absolutely worth every penny! Not only did we see our babies face but they let us play music and have our family there. Baby made faces with the different music. What a treat to see your amazing little human before he’s born! Thank you again for making our day!!!

I could not believe my doctor/​insurance sent me here when I walked through the door. This place is SO CUTE! I love it! The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, they made my medical appointment into a super memorable, fun, and special family experience. I have requested to be sent here again for my next scan coming up next week (I am measuring small on the outside but baby girl has been doing just fine in there!) and I am confident it will be another five-​star experience. Absolutely loved this place! The building and decorations are very cute and clean. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I was able to find out the gender of both of my babies and find out great information about every aspect of their health from their brain to their bone size to 4D images of their little bodies and faces. And the best part was they sent me home with a little goody bag with formula, pictures of the babies, and a DVD of the pictures and the video of the sonogram. I don’t have insurance and this place was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this facility.

Sergio and team are true professionals. I needed some images done and I was so pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. The space is so peaceful and relaxing that it creates an energy of calmness. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Sergio and the staff at SonoHealth are amazing and helpful. Sergio is such a smart, kind, and genuine man. He really knows his stuff! I felt as if I had been a patient of his for years. I went in for a nuchal translucency at 12 weeks and expected just an ultrasound to determine the possibility of downs. I left with so much more than just that! The whole ultrasound is displayed on a large screen on the wall for viewing and not only does he do a 2d but 4d as well. The baby was moving around a lot and very active, which was great to see on the big screen. I was also very surprised and happy Sergio was able to determine the sex of the baby so early on! I truly recommend Sonohealth for your ultrasound needs. I have referred all my pregnant friends as they are jealous he was able to determine the baby’s sex so soon! Thank you all for your care :)

My husband and I were eager to find out if we were expecting a little Princess or a little Prince and couldn’t possibly wait until our 20 week appointment with our OB so we found XDI /​Sonohealth and made our appointment!
Making appointments couldn’t be any easier. Lots of availability and the front desk/​appointment scheduling is very welcoming.
The office itself is very inviting and comfortable. Clean, professional, relaxed, and a very «Adams Ave» chic vibe.
The sonogram room itself is very intimate. Heads up for other prospective clients: it is on the smaller side compared to some of the places out there that I’ve seen that can accommodate groups of 20+. The sonogram room itself can comfortably fit momma plus maybe 3 – 4 others and Sergio (the technician). For my husband and I, this works for us. We didn’t and don’t plan on bringing the entire family reunion with us to our appointments. Just something to be aware of.
Sergio, the tech, was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He is highly qualified (see website for details). He let us hear the heartbeat, took multiple pictures, and was able to determine gender at 15 ¹⁄₁₂ weeks.
We will be returning for our 30 week 4D in no time!

This place is great! Came here 5 years ago after the recommendation of a friend for a 4D ultrasound. Amazing quality pictures, shows all the features of the baby perfectly. Came here again recently for baby #2. Baby wasn’t quite cooperating, was camera shy and hiding his face with his hands and foot. I was bummed to not have the pictures I wanted. No problem, they arranged for me to come back in a few days for another session. No extra fees!
The place is so quaint and relaxing. Such a great experience. Love my pictures! Would definitely recommend this place to all my pregnant friends.

Quaint little place. The technician was very friendly.
My only complaints are that we had to wait ½ hour past our appointment time and the modern seats are very uncomfortable. Especially for ½ hour+ waits.

Cute place in a house. Nice bathroom with skylights. The sonographer is engaging and enthusiastic — he clearly loves his job. The machine is amazing, and he takes his time as he walks you through his medical evaluation. The time factor is a luxury because you get to get a good look at your baby moving around. It was too early to tell the sex of our baby, and his preliminary guess turned out to be off (we found out later through a blood test result), so if he isn’t 100% sure, remember take his guess with a grain of salt ;)
Not a huge fan of the front desk person — I felt like insurance authorization stuff between my physician’s office and SonoHealth was needlessly complicated, but overall, it was a good experience.

To describe this place, I would have to use a superfluous amount of terms that all mean Beautiful. The Ultrasound experience itself, the staff, the office, the quality of care, Sergio, even the bathroom all sum up to the sweetest first meeting of baby a mom could ask for. My partner and I went here on 8÷18÷15, and are so grateful for the recommendation from our midwife. They are worth every penny, and if you are deciding not to go here because of cost, I would highly encourage you to remember you and your baby are worth it, and you get what you pay for. Thank you West Coast OBGYN for referring me to Sonohealth! My whole family loved the 4d ultrasound experience. Very cute and clean little place. Staff is super friendly the technology is amazing and also worth your money.

I’ve been here twice and they exceed my expectations. Love the cottage and how clean it is. The receptionist and Sergio are very friendly. Let me tell you, he knows his stuff. I had scheduled a gender determination at 14wks which they call it the sneak peek. Rate is $ 99 you get CD & DVD and 3d 4d pics! He did my ultrasound and we’re having GIRL. This appointment probably about 30mins to and hour. GO see him. You’ll be pleased.

This review is long overdue… I saw Sergio last year when we first found out I was pregnant. We had about 3 – 4 visits with him and he was wonderful each time. His office is so relaxing, it feels like you’re at a spa. The office and bathroom areas are very clean and organized. He is very caring and has a wonderful bedside manner. I will be seeing him again the next time we are expecting!

This place is AMAZING! Vanessa at the front desk is so nice and great at what she does and Sergio rocks! We went yesterday for our first ultrasound and I was so surprised to stumble upon a cute little cottage. Perfectly decorated, great energy. So impressed with Sergio and the way he talks you through the ultrasound and explains everything. Got a little goodie bag with pictures and a DVD. Absolutely DEFINITELY recommend this place!

I cannot recommend this place enough for a wonderful experience getting a state of the art 4D ultrasound. I got ultrasounds here around 18, 24, and 32 weeks. It is set in a cute little cottage and the waiting area is very warm and inviting. Sergio the technician is so friendly and personable and seems to really enjoy his job and shows an interest in taking care of folks and sharing in the excitement of having a baby.
Sergio also offers great customer service. Most of the staff/​receptionists we encountered were warm and friendly, but one of the receptionists we encountered had a cranky stankface and wasn’t very helpful. We told her we wanted to upgrade from the regular still photos to include the DVD and couldn’t have been clearer about it, but apparently she didn’t communicate that to Sergio so he didn’t record one of our ultrasound sessions. We were disappointed and when my husband told Sergio about it he offered to have us come back for FREE when I was further along in my pregnancy. He apologized profusely for the mixup and we appreciated that he made it all better. And he was right that we were able to see a lot more! Overall we were thrilled with Sergio’s services and are glad that my OB sent us to him.

This practice is the BEST by far:
Front desk: fast and professional
Location: easy to find, parking on street, very quaint office with very clean environment.
Sergio is the tech:
He makes you feel like you are family. His knowledge in the field is extensive, and he is very professional.
Just love love coming here for prenatal, obstretics, etc.

Becoming a mom for the second time has taught me to red enough reviews before making a final decision on ultrasounds, strollers, diapers, etc. I read reviews about this place and they were all great! I he an amazing experience The location is small but very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and Sergio was super friendly and funny. I was lucky enough to see my little boys face we saw him yawn, smile, suck his thumb, and even blink. The pictures printed super clear.
I totally recommend this place!
The only one thing I wish they hd is the little stuffed animals where you can record your baby’s heartbeat.

I was so incredible scared when I found out I was pregnant. I was so nervous about the ultrasound after reading online forums about others experiences at their first ultrasound. Sergio, however made me feel so at ease. I’ll never forget instantly crying when I heard our little guys heartbeat at my 8 week appointment.
The gender appointment at 14 weeks was so thrilling! Clear as day you could tell our little gummy bear was a boy.
Again at the anatomy appointment Sergio was just as amazing. We bought the footage from this appointment.
Thank you for everything! We WILL return for baby #2!

I would like to give the disclaimer that I am pregnant and therefore hormonal AND emotional. Take it as you will.
We went to XDI/​Sonohealth this week to experience the 4D «Sneak Peek» ultrasound package, as we did with our first baby 3 years ago. Read my earlier reviews and you’ll know that we had a great experience. I have also recently purchased a gift card for a friend to do the same «gender reveal» experience because it was so wonderful.
What made it so special? I would say 90% of it was the fact that when you find out the gender of your baby, they record your authentic reaction on the DVD for you to play for friends and family and your child as they get older. Hearing your genuine reaction that minute is WHY IT IS A KEEPSAKE.
They have removed the audio portion of the recording, so you no longer get to hear the announcement that is a boy or girl. Now, it is just a video showing the images. Here are my issues with their new policy:
1. NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING WAS DIFFERENT, so I was expecting the 4D experience I had last time. It is no longer 4D, it is 3D, yet nothing on the website or marketing materials has been changed. I would not have paid for the non-​audio experience, nor would I have bought a gift card for a friend. $ 200 right there.
2. There was no discount given due to this change.
3. When I called, the receptionist told me that due to confidentiality changes they no longer offer it. Not too apologetic. Fine, some people have issues with it? Perhaps you could have a checkbox on the form the patient fills out that says whether or not they would like it to be recorded.
Additionally, our dvd was shorter in length and the imaging seemed fuzzier than last time. Congratulations on being busier than ever, but customer service is what got you busy in the first place.
