Just experienced an AMAZING deep tissue massage! I’m 8 months pregnant, and their expert touch was so needed. Kim is the owner, and she is so sweet and wonderful. She did a great job treating all of my tight areas around my neck and shoulder and back. Another employee helped massage me, too, all over. Overall, this was a relaxing, «OMG-I-needed-this» type of experience! Highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been going to Osaka on and off for about 20 years. It’s always been a nice place to go when I want to relaxing massage. Just like anywhere else, the staff changes from time to time and so expect to see new faces from time to time.

Ok, so I asked for a massage LAST Mother’s Day. And my friend got me a $ 50 gift certificate to this place because it is in his neighborhood. I have not been able to use it. I have tried and they have denied me, saying the owner needs to be there. Well, the owner is NEVER there. I have called, and of course the owner is not there. The woman even accused me of making up my own receipt and taping it to their business card!!! Again, this gift certificate(that my friend kindly paid $ 50 for) is still siting in my drawer. I want my massage dammit!

Scary creepy place… walked in for massage and no one was there. Felt like I was walking into a red light district. I have been to many massage places and have never felt like I was walking into somewhere so ghetto. I was surprised to find this place in such a nice area and can’t believe it is still in business.

This place is a full on scam. Not a real massage place. Do not take any credit cards in, do not put yourself in a position where you would need change, or better than all of those, just don’t go. I frequent«The Hidden Spa» in OB, but I didn’t have their number and decided to save on gas and give this place a try. I should not have been so cheap. They don’t give a receipt, they leave the room in the middle of the massage, they left again for 10 minutes before I got up to leave, and then they would not give my money back(I paid for an hour and got 20 minutes). I just put a bank alert on all my credit cards. This place is creepy. I can’t believe it has not been shut down yet.

«For science,» was one of the reasons I told myself I was coming here. «It’ll be a new experience; you’ve never had a massage before. Besides, this is your neighborhood and you like to know the area you live in. Also, it’s for science!» It worked. I was convinced. With this, I was able to sell myself on coming in. I walked into the waiting room and was immediately greeted(so apparently, women of Unilocal, you’re just not welcome here). I have been to Osaka and this place has Osaka in the title so I was hoping for a Japanese woman. The masseuse that welcomed me was Asian but not Japanese. No big, I figured it was«for science» so I shrugged it off. I opted for the half hour and they tacked on a $ 5 surcharge for using a card. I was led to a red, dimly lit room and given a bit of privacy to lose the clothes and lay down on the table. I was ready for my new experience. In entered the masseuse… [CENSORED] I asked for her to go hard and she went medium. She did use oils, though. I tipped her at the end on a card and was again smacked with a $ 5 card fee. Is this a «massage» joint? Probably. I didn’t probe for one so I suppose you could say my science experiment failed. But nothing of my experience shakes my feeling that this place likely is one. Really though, with enough money, I feel like every massage place could be a «massage» place so it’s not really that astounding. I wouldn’t come back here. Even if it was just«for science!»

I actually went in there once and somehow got noticed. A woman came out of the side door to see what I wanted, albeit abruptly. Then I asked about the massages and they are insanely priced! You sit in a hot tub and get a massage?! There is a sign with the prices in the main room. I looked to the side of the woman speaking to me and there were like 6 asian women just sitting around on the ground like watching t.v. or something. Waaaay creepy.

Its official. This is a «massage» joint First off, they are open way too late to be a normal massage joint. Second, every single time I walk in there(which, i admit, is often since I hope to one day actually encounter another human to answer my questions about their business) I am greeted with an empty waiting room and a surveillence camera. I ring the door bell, nothing happens. I wave into the camera, nothing happens. I walk in with friends, nothing happens. I yell, scream, fall to the floor and convulse… nothing happens. I just want to hear from somebody, anybody who has actually gotten a massage or a «massage» here. I won’t judge, I promise. I just want to know that I’m right about this place.
