History

Established in 2011.

Wow Wow Waffle was started in the spring of 2011, with the goal of working together with family and friends, and supporting local communities with healthy and tasty treats through the local farmers market. The founder Todd Casselberry, had served in a high position in the action sports world of branding and apparel for several years, and spent many years traveling throughout Europe frequenting the Belgium waffle stands in many of the cities he traveled in. It was in his travels that he discovered the street waffle.

«I fell in love with the Belgian Liege waffle during my various travels. After the loss of our little boy, we decided to get back to living a more simple life with a revived focus on the people and values that were important to us. We enjoy working the farmer’s markets as a family together».

— Todd Casselberry.

Meet the Business Owner

Joseph K.

Business Owner

From street wear to street waffles.

In 2002 nikao youth project was birthed. After partnering with Todd and Nikao for a couple years we decided to part our ways as business partners and eventually after a year of each of us running our own retail stores apart from each other we both decided to close up shops on our own volition.

Six years later Todd and I reconnected after he established Wow Wow Waffle up in Redding California. Through the loss of his first son, Todd and his family decided to slow down from the corporate work mentality and start a small farmers market style business where the day to day schedules weren’t based on sales revenues or million dollar production forecasts. But instead, the waffle work week could be developed based on a small business mentatilty.

Today as a brand we are still family run and operated and set values of family first over our dreams and desires to deliver everyone the best waffle they’ll ever taste.
