Our passion for fried chicken got us thinking — people have elevated the burger and they’ve done a great job, so, what if chicken were beef?
All of our ingredients are of the highest quality, sourced responsibly and delivered fresh — you’d be surprised how rare that is when it comes to fried chicken.
‘Free Range & Fried’ describes our product and how it’s prepared, but it also describes our attitude to what we do — naughty but nice.
Really great fried chicken needs two things: juicy, flavorful meat and an ultra-crisp and crunchy crust. We have mastered the Fried Chicken Sandwich!
Chicken Rebel was inspired by the owners time growing up in Atlanta, living in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and setteling down in San Diego.
Combining a variety of regional cuisines to create an inspired menu which offers a bit of something for everyone’s taste. From our most popular sandwich (Keepin’ it Classic) we also offer a Spicy Honey Sriracha version and Vegetarian version. Don’t forget to try our Cajun Tators or our Lemon, Herb, parmesan Tators with our house made dipping sauces.

Born in England, raised in Atlanta, Georgia, living in Southern California. Former restaurant manager turned chief chicken clucker. Taking the once typical Fried Chicken and turning it up a notch. Hope to open my own restaurant one day, serving good and locally grown food with top notch hospitality.
