Specialties

Wildlife Extraction involves the use of passive and onsite release methods to ensure the harmless eviction of wildlife. Based on natural animal behavior, humane techniques are used to evict wildlife and proven re-​entry prevention measures are performed. Animals needing medical attention or rehabilitation are immediately transported to Project Wildlife’s Triage Center for care. Wildlife extraction includes any of San Diego’s native wildlife, such as skunks, raccoons, bats, birds and even humane bee-​removal.

History

Established in 2009.

Wildlife Extraction is a service offered by Project Wildlife, a 501©3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to conservation education and the rehabilitation of injured and orphaned wildlife. Proceeds from this service go directly towards funding Project Wildlife’s programs.
