Established in 2012.

While I was living on the Central Coast of California, I volunteered for Pacific Wildlife Care, a rehabilitation organization for injured wildlife. I learned more than I could have imagined about the care and understanding of all types of creatures both great and small (which incidentally, if you understand the reference, was my favorite book growing up as I was dreaming about becoming a vet). I was involved with the day to day care of the animals including cleaning, feeding, administering medications, transportation to other facilities, etc. I led volunteer drives to bring more attention to the needs of the center and it became one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

I also spent time at Wood’s Humane Society in San Luis Obispo, socializing the cats and dogs. I took part in many training courses and have a firm grasp on how to handle both small and large dogs in both private and public situations.

My name is Kacey Dillman and I have been a California resident for 10 years since graduating college in 2003. I grew up in Wisconsin, caring for and falling in love with all kinds of pets. I have professional experience with both domestic and wild animals, which has provided me with a broad understanding of their behavior.
