Rosecrans Car Wash

The car/​wash wax was okay but definitely not great. I went twice, the last time was mid December. Both times, they didn’t clean the sunroof glass, didn’t clean the inside of door frame or the steering wheel. The dash was just quickly dusted (not shiny and clean) and still had grime. There were wax lines in each crevice. Just no real attention to detail but it definitely looked better than when I dropped it off!
The worst of my experience here is that the last time I went, I got in my car to find my Kohl’s charge card on the seat. It must have fallen out of my purse and ended up under the seat. I didn’t think too much of it because if someone shady was cleaning the car — they just would have stolen the card and I might have never known how/​where I lost it, right? Well, two weeks ago (around Jan 11^th) Kohl’s fraud dept. contacted me about suspicious activity — someone was trying to purchase Kohl’s gift cards online. This was the only possible access anyone could have had and I’ve never had any suspicious activity before so I have little doubt that someone took the number (I would imagine it would have been easy to snap a few pics of the card). That kind of employee is not at all good for business. I wish I could take the tip back!

Car looks great. Many high end autos (MBz, Audi, Lexus, GMC Truck, and more) came through while we were waiting. Very busy place, owner is friendly and honest. I will return in the future. Military discount too was a plus.
Taco Shop next door has good food too while you wait.

Sadly I’ve stopped going here because the dryers stand on the door sills to swab the roof. I have a sedan so this is unnecessary. The amount of soap they use also leads to lots of streaks. On the hunt for a better place.
Update. I’ve kept coming here to exhaust a prepaid punch card. This time they managed to lock the keys in a poor schmuck’s SUV. They had to push it out of the wash and guide it to a curb. And it was still running! This caused much consternation for the saxophone playing owner. Funniest part was the things they promised the owner if he returned. He’s a goner folks!

One of the better car washes for the area. They take awhile to get your car through the wash but they are detailed enough about drying and applying conditioner to plastic trim. Was very pleased with their level of effort. Most local car washes are trying to get you out so they can get to the next customer.

This is outstanding and very friendly service. Even if you are not too close to this location is very well worth the drive!

0 Star Worthy … They will damage your car and pretend like they don’t understand english and tell you to come back tomorrow which equals more time to deny any damage. They knocked the gas cap cover off my car and tried to deny it when i seen it with my own eyes. Also if you drive a coupe they do not clean your back window. I came here because it was recommended by a Subaru group but avoid this place at all costs.

I been looking for a couple local car washes by my place, since my car is pretty low, and I needed some options folks!
Came hear after 4 or 5 car washes stops later, yeah one of those days when your car is covered in bird shit, and hasn’t been washed in a few weeks… Hey man shit happens! I pull up, and right away Brian I believe is his name was greeted me, but was finishing up with a customer ahead of me.
Great customer service, and a cool down to earth car enthusiast as myself. They had to hand wash it, again to low, but gave me a good price on $ 25 bucks! Jumped on that like white on rice folks!
Great place to go, but my only complain is they got a little carried away on the armor all on my interior, plus they left my front rims still pretty grimy looking. It’s a BMW, so it’s front brake pads are known for maaaaaaaaaaad brake dust. Still after a hand car wash, my rims still look like I just pulled up… no bueno.

I’m so impressed with the job I got done here not only did they clean my car to perfection inside and out but they even fix a horrible scratch I had on my door for free which I was trying to figure out how would I get that fix. I’m so happy because the inside of my car was a mess my son had baby snack and crumbs everywhere. No more crumbs and sticky mess thank you ! Will be returning here !!

Best deal around and quality work. Excellent customer service, friendly people with a smile and good work ethic! This IS the standard for any car wash facility for the rest of my days.

Loved this place. I bought the Groupon and just used the last one today but decided to purchase the package deal and be a repeat customer. They even have a dog wash. Plus, there’s a nice outside waiting area. My car looked great and the staff were very friendly and personable.
Oh and there’s a ton of good shopping near by with even a cool burrito place. I will most certainly knock out other errand too next time I’m here.

Went in this today for the morning special — $ 14.95 for the deluxe wash.
Price point was good, quality was bad!
1) Found a huge puddle of water in my backseat floor mat.
2) Noticed a smudge on my windshield and thought since it was still there after the wash, my windshield was scratched or cracked — nope, they just didn’t wipe it down enough (I was able to rub it out with my finger).
3) When we got to our next destination, noticed streaks all over the car.
Just moved to SD and was really hoping this was going to be my go to spot! Sadly no!

I purchased three diamond washes via Groupon and couldn’t be happier with the service. I have one to my husband and have so far used one myself. My husband’s car was only a couple month’s old, so I couldn’t gauge the quality of the wash based off his.
Today I took my car which hadn’t been washed in almost a year. The interior was really dirty from trips to the beach and pigs eating in my car. I can’t tell you how clean my car was afterwards! Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff is also really polite and lovely! I DEFINITELY recommended this place.
Oh and the location is great! There’s a sushi place next door, chipotle and In n Out across the steer, and shops to kill time while you wait!

I show my sports car and I put all my trust in the way my car shines and sparkles into Rosecrans Carwash! If you’re looking for a quality HAND car wash, you have came to the right place!!!

You know I tried the ultimate wash for a SECOND time to give these guys a chance– but still doesn’t cut it; although one of the few hand washes still isn’t worth it.
4 door –15′ Lexus is350 –I purchased the wash for 50 $ which included the hand wax (TWICE NOW) and just a let down.
They NEVER give realistic times, I’m always told ³⁰⁄₄₅ mins but it always takes close to 2 hours. Which is fine if they rubbed the wax in all the way– not too mention at least WIPED DOWN MY CHROME exhaust tips. My car is white by the way, you really do not need to do too much vs. any other car. Will not be back.

I use to enjoy coming here, but lately I noticed that not all the waxes are being applied to the car and after it goes through the tunnel there’s a lot of soap residue left on the car. They immediately blow dry the vehicle and attempt to wipe but you can feel a greasy leftover on the car. They overdue the tire shine and it immediately comes off after a mile of driving.

Love this car wash!!! If you want a car wash done right and 100% hand, go here and get yourself a card because you will come back VERY often!!! Hands down best car wash in San Diego. Prices are ridiculously good and the service is awesome!!! Two thumbs up forever!

I have been going here for about 5 years. Use to bring my Tahoe and now my Acura. The service in the past year has declined so much. I go every week and pay for the deluxe car wash and once a month I get the full detail. The last 2 times I’ve went and got the deluxe wash. My car still had soap on it, full of water spots, there white top fuzz is hanging from my wingshield wipers. The center console didn’t even look like it had been wiped down. I had chocolate on the radio I asked them to get off. They didn’t even touch it. Once they say my car is ready, I grab a rag to complete the job. I use to love this car wash but it seems since the son took over the service has become very poor. And yes I do tip, very well actually :)
I am sad to say that I am in the market for a new touch free carwash. Any recommendations?!?

Can’t say enough good things. Attentive owners, thorough workers, little store for extras and to sustain you while they beautify your car, waiting area outdoors where you can oversee their work. Rewards program, even the women’s bathroom is as nice as can be. Worth the drive from Temecula (when we’re coming down for something else anyway).
Update: oh my gosh they even did the glove box! $ 99 is a steal and there isn’t a tip I even feel is sufficient.

Avoid this place, unless you want to spend $ 15.00 on a half ass car wash and even worse vacuuming. Trash still in door compartments, windows still have sticky finger prints and the cup holders are still dirty.
Go to the place next to TJ Maxx that’s a block away. Cheaper, faster and cleaner.

I came here for a «hand car wash» since I have a soft top convertible, but it clearly was a drive through and hand dry. I still tried them out for a wash and wax… Never will I get a wax here again! They left wax on my car that needed to be buffed out, on the passenger side, including the whole door handle (how do you miss a big white spot of wax!). My fault for not doing a walk around. The drivers side looked pretty good. And then when I got in my car, it smelled like mildew. Eww!
Still a good price for a car wash. I may return for a wash, and only a wash.
