Peter (at the merchant window) is the best! But he went on a 3 week vacation and there is NO replacement at the Merchant Window! Now they are very short handed, very unfair for both the customers and the staff!
As a merchant I have to make daily deposits, I can’t run my business this way. Union bank needs floaters to go to the banks that are short staffed.

Every time you walk into this place everyone stops and stares at you. They are way too paranoid and treat everyone as a suspect instead of a customer. It’s a shame considering this bank is in my neighborhood. What a bunch of jackasses.

Te service at this branch is outstanding. The staff does everything in their power to make things easier and better. Sophia and Peter were extremely helpful.

Athena was perfectly nice but the bottom line is I leave on a trip tomorrow and my debit card expired end of May which I didn’t find out till I went to use it to get cash for my trip June 1st. Come to find out the bank didn’t mail me a new one so I leave on my trip without my backup card. Grrr. It will arrive at my home in 3 – 5 days but I’ll be in Texas by then. :(

Good fast customer service either in the drive through or as a walk in. Everyone is helpful, which is always a good sign for a company.
