I discovered this dedicated cookie shop because it is next door to Oscar’s fish tacos. What a find! We were only in San Diego for 5 days, but we went back here 3 times. They’re are soft and chewy, the way I like, and a very reasonable price. Lots to choose from, but the ones with chocolate chips are the best. I’m hoping they’ll open up a satellite branch in the SF Bay Area. Uncle Biff?
By the way, if anyone here is contesting the claim that Biff’s are the best, I’d appreciate that they nominate which cookies they think are better!

They’re good cookies. NO WAY are they the best. They are really soft and barely stay together… almost undercooked. They’re homemade and taste like Nestle Toll House cookies. Flat, average size and $ 1.75/cookie.
The cookie monster in me doesn’t really discriminate but these didn’t impress.

WOW! Uncle Biff’s cookies are the best cookies I have ever put in my mouth. I was passing by the shop after having dinner and decided to get a cookie for later that night. I bought an oatmeal choco chip and took a small bite after I paid for it and before I even got to my car, I had eaten the entire cookie. That was not my intention. These cookies melt in your mouth! BEWARE though, these cookies are addicting. There is obviously a reason Uncle Biff’s has been around since 1985. And if you are lucky enough, you might get to meet the legend himself. Biff and his staff are really cool and they make a damn good cookie!

I have to admit, every cookie was freakin perfect. Soft, but not undercooked. Not too sweet. I tried chocolate chunk, peanut butter with M&Ms, one with walnuts, white, and mik chocolate chips and oatmeal choco chip. YUM!
