I signed up in August 2014. I was told the gym would open in two months. Gym never opened and Ive been fighting to get a refund for the last 8 months. People be warned any company that signs you up in 10 minutes but cant refund you in 8 months is doing shady business. I got multiple memberships at the same time and theres a lot of money at stake. Ive been talking to a lawyer and soon I will be taking them to court. The manager Melissa Blattler and Jimmy are aware of the situation and refuse to resolve this matter. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Worst customer service EVER! First off they NEVER answer their phone, I got a call from one of the employees saying I owe on my account and then when I proved to her she was wrong I was hung up on, I believe her name was Sarah. They blatantly charge people up the a** for mistakes and when you try to get a hold of someone its impossible and aimlessly pass you along which only results into getting absolutely nothing done! Im also several hundreds of $‘s out because of them

Get everything in writing. You’re the one left to deal with member services. I signed up in August for a gym said to be open in October. When it was pushed back to Dec 17 and the main instructor left I went in to cancel my membership. I was told there would be no hassle and that I would get my first and last refunded (when I originally signed up and when I went in to cancel). Not only did I not get a refund, I was charged for another month, ahead of schedule. My friends who signed up with me did however receive their refunds. When I explained this to the manager he asked for their names because they shouldn’t have. WTF?! Anyway I’m SOL so let this be a lesson to you. GET STUFF IN WRITING!

I bought my membership around March during presale from Oscar (who is fantastic!) Because they haven’t been able to open the Morena blvd location yet I’ve been working out at the Spring Valley and San Carlos locations for FREE for the past 7 months. It has been awesome!!! The Morena location has been offering free classes at mission bay that I’ve attended with my son. They also show the fights for free and have bike night/​fight night once a month. I have really gotten love the staff already– they are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I’m really looking forward to them opening but it’s been nice to basically have a free membership for over half the year. ;)
