I had a great experience with Tu’s. I had several custom-​sized documents printed up for my wedding invitations and everything came out as expected. I’ve also sent friends over there with good results.
I was really surprised that they remembered who I was after only one visit — it’s nice to feel like they care enough to speak to me as more than some anonymous customer.
I will be returning to Tu’s this week for more printing.

Incompetent work with lousy customer service.
Ordered standard business cards, and got yellow instead of white paper. They had forgotten to adjust their machine, so white was yellow. They did not believe us, when we complained immediately, and spent 5 minutes studying the business cards before accepting that there was probably something wrong. After a long discussion we got them to accept to do it again, so we could have something that would look halfway decent.
Second try, Well the bottom third of the business card was yellow again. They could not see that it was a problem.
This is not baseball, we are not giving three strikes, we use two strikes and you’re out, and they are definitely OUT
