We are a non-​profit association of patients and caregivers providing a safe and secure environment to resources in compliance with the Compassionate Use Act (CA Health and Safety Code 11 362.5). We help patients and caregivers to safely promote and facilitate accessing their medical needs by: providing medicines, resources and support. We will operate in compliance of California’s medical cannabis laws. We are a non — profit association of legally qualified patients and their primary caregivers who engage in the medical cultivation and use of cannabis as authorized under CA h&s 1136.5 & 11 362.7, and proposition 215.

History

Established in 2009.

Our mission is to provide high quality medicinal cannabis and other natural health care services, promoting a holistic approach to healing and living.

We provide Cannabis and other natural therapies because they are important alternatives to some of the potentially harmful tools of allopathic medicine.

The individual is the primary authority when it comes to making personal healthcare decisions, including the decision to use Cannabis medicinally. The individual must also have the right to produce their own medicine and access it in a manner that best meets their needs. Empowerment encourages the individual to take control of his or her own healing.
