This place is AWESOME!!! The staff was super friendly and every time I sent them an annoying email, asking when my car would be finished, they were so quick. Thank you so much to Jay and Dave for all of their help. I was given a great estimate and when I picked up my car, I was shocked at how clean it was!

I had a great experience here– very caring and detailed company. Repaired my Audi A5 convertible back to new! Took a little longer than expected but I appreciate that they were meticulous in making sure everything was perfect, and worked with the insurance company of the person that hit me to be sure it was taken care of. Thank you TPCC!

Received the worst service today. After receiving an estimate, the shop decides to call my insurance company and tell them they refused to assist me. I was not rude, just eager to get my car fixed. The receptionist could not even be responsible and follow up,

I work as an insurance agent in the Del Mar area and have worked with many auto shops in the past and I recommend this shop to EVERYONE! Quick & friendly service, conveniently located near the 5 freeway, and you get to hang out with a super sweet pup that can ride a skateboard! What more could you ask for?

Being new to Solana Beach I had no idea who I could trust to fix a couple of small scrapes on my beloved 2006 Nissan 350Z Roadster. I asked my insurer to send me a list of smash repair places near to home and I ended up with a list of 5. The list sounded too good to be true because when I looked them all up on Unilocal and Google everyone rated 4 – 5 stars. After visiting the first company on the list and being treated very rudely I was a bit defensive when I drove over to number 2 on my list, Torrey Pines Collision Center. However after meeting the owners Patrick Mead and his Dad Mike I realized I could trust these guys with my baby. Mike even showed me around the whole facility and assured me my 350z would be well taken care of and stored securely while in their care. I dropped my car off a couple of days later and after about a week and a half I got a call it was ready. There were a few small issues with the paint, missing trim and re-​assembly but to their credit every single thing I was not totally happy with they fixed to my satisfaction without any argument. They even knocked out a couple of door dings without charge so now my 350Z looks a million bucks. The owner Patrick Mead and his Dad Mike are straight up honest guys and their receptionist Paula keeps things flowing nicely. I have owned my 350Z since new and it was very stressful handing it over to a bunch of guys I didn’t know and had to trust that they would make my car better than it was. And they did!

Torrey Pines Collision is beyond awesome. They took care of everything and did it with so much care and attention to detail. I got my car back in better condition and boy oh boy they cleaned up car inside out. Looks like brand new! Thank you so much Torrey Pines Collision Center!!! I loved seeing your dogs there too!

After a car accident, I chose to use this shop. Let me tell you, I had the most wonderful experience possible during a stressful time after the accident
TPCC gave me a timeline and emailed me throughout the whole process letting me know the status of the vehicle and when it would be ready. They were very professional, breaking down the entire cost of everything. When it was time to pick up my car once they notified me, they went above and beyond.
They made my car look like a brand new car. It was vacuumed, washed, and even waxed to the point where it looked better than before. I had others compliment how new it looked. It drove even better than before! After the accident, I was a little scared to drive, but I felt really safe and secure in the car with how great it drove after the accident with all underneath damage.
I was truly impressed most of all by how friendly the staff was! The secretary was very pleasant, and the guys Mike A, Jay, Pat, and Mike M were the greatest, most friendly staff! I definitely recommend anybody to use this shop for extremely professional work and a top notch staff.

No body is happy about having to get their car fixed… But I still had a great experience here! Patrick helped me & was extremely nice & accommodating to my busy schedule. I needed to get my bumper replaced & Patrick was able to work around the fact that I wasn’t able to leave my car there for 2 – 3 days. He ordered the bumper the first day I came in. Only had to take off my gas door to match the paint color. 2 days later I came back to have the new bumper installed. It only took about 45 minutes & I was back on my way. Awesome place! Awesome customer service!

Jay and his crew did a great job on my Audi, — they were on time and most reasonably priced compared to some of the other auto body shops in town. Snackpack the Bulldog receptionist was an added plus.

I’ve had repair work done here three times now. These guys do great work. The cars have always come back looking good as new. The work is done quickly and professionally. Plus, you get to watch their English bulldog skateboard out front. I’m pretty sure he runs the shop.

Your service and communication was top knotch and we didn’t make it easy on you, with mom at home and son at school both needing updates. Thank you for going above and beyond by picking him up too!

I have used Torrey Pines Collision Center a few times for car repair and experienced outstanding customer service every time. They are a family run business and make sure your every need is taken care of. I will use TPCC services for all future repairs as well. They made the repair a simple process by their quick turn around time and their help with shuttling me back and forth. They are great auto body repair specialists, you cannot tell that our car was ever in a accident by their great attention to detail. They are the #1 Auto Body Shop for me!

Awesome guys; awesome service; and an awesome mascot. I will forever be loyal to this facility for the skateboarding English Bulldog alone. So epic.

I’ve been here several times for various problems on my car. When my car was damaged recently, I did not hesitate for even one second before calling TPCC — they are literally my go-​to place for car repairs.
The people there are really cool (I’ve worked specifically with Dave, who is awesome!), and they are constantly in contact with you via phone/​email giving you updates on the work and answering any questions you may have. I think what sets them apart from other repair centers is that they go above/​beyond what is asked. For example, I had an issue with a charging port on the inside of my car that was completely unrelated to my primary damage, and Dave went out of his way to fix it, even though it had nothing to do with the reason I was there in the first place.
Most importantly though, they did a magnificent job on my car (it looks like new) and finished it ahead of time. You can’t really ask for more.

One issue I had.
The rear license plate lamp was malfunctioning after the collision. I’d requested that it be fixed on the day I dropped the vehicle, I reminded them of it over a call to check the status and even the morning I was supposed to pick up the car. But the issue was not fixed. –1 star for that.

I have been a patron of a neighboring body shop for almost ten years; after my experience with TPCC this Spring, I will be a TCPP customer for life.
The whole team is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to do a quote right away, take my car in the next day, arrange my transportation to the rental car place and even finished my car days before they estimated. Also, their pricing is very competitive– and with top-​notch work, you can’t beat it! They’re the whole package.
The work was flawless, and they truly bend over backwards to help their customers. They have excellent follow-​up and you’ll never catch yourself wondering what the status of your repair is. They’re on top of everything. I was REALLY impressed with the whole team.

After being rear ended, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my car. I was referred by State Farm (my insurance company) and would gladly pass along my referral as well.
The staff here are incredibly helpful and quick. They quickly pulled up my information, which I believe State Farm sent them, and took a look at my car. The guy was honest and didn’t sugarcoat it. He admitted that it was a strong possibility that my car would be totaled from the damage. I appreciated his bluntness as it helped prepare me for the inevitable. I left my car there over night and sure enough, the next morning he called to tell me that it wasn’t looking good.
Shortly after, I realized that I had left a house key in my center console and one of the employees kindly went and checked for me. When I arrived a few minutes later, he had the key ready to go.
A few days later, I had to go back to empty out my car and again, everyone was courteous and helpful. They showed me and my boyfriend all the damage that was underneath, which was quite educational for me who knows nothing about cars.
If you have to drop your car off, as I did, they can call Enterprise and someone will come pick you up in about 10 – 15 minutes. Very helpful!

These guys are everything you’d want (and more), when having to deal with auto repairs… they are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced! The customer service I experienced here was well beyond anywhere else I’ve taken my car. It’s such a relief to find a place where you know the job will be done well AND that you’re not getting ripped off. Patrick was great in working around my schedule to get me in and the repairs were finished the same day I dropped it off… and they returned it to me washed?! I highly recommend Torrey Pines Collision Center!
