History
Established in 2008.
Therapeutic Element was masterminded upon arrival in San Diego. The seed leading down a path of helping others heal themselves was planted early. The formal training, as it relates to massage, started in 2005 at the Pensacola School of Massage. After a few years of working with a variety of doctors under circumstances latent with limitations, I sought out more education and found the Atlanta School of Massage, one of the top programs in the country in the field, a fitting home for this growth. An invaluable bonus of achieving a BA in Spanish from the University of Evansville and spending time in Spain with a study abroad program is useful given the high influx of Spanish speakers in Southern California.

Obele A.
Business Owner
I, Obele Acha-Ngwodo, graduated head of class from the very prestigious Atlanta School of Massage. The strength of my training, however, goes beyond the classroom.
As an athlete, I am quite familiar with the rigors of a strenuous workout. Growing up with such activities as gymnastics, martial arts, crew and track & field has strongly endeared me to the wonderful world of sports. Outside of dedication to a masters degree in eastern medicine, basketball, yoga, and tai chi currently keep me busy.
Experiences dealing with the stressful deadlines of government office jobs and meeting the demands set by higher education institutions have given me insight on the mental and emotional stresses that accompany the corporate and student lifestyle.
In my travels abroad to Europe and Asia, I have gained knowledge on diverse perspectives regarding appropriate goals and values of health.
My philosophy is that of a facilitator and as such allows each client to take ownership of their healing.
