I’ve been going to Upper Level for years now and they’re the best! Raunette is amazing, such a pro and down to earth. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend her and the team to anyone!

I’ve been coming to the Upper Level Spa for three years now and I wouldn’t trust any other place with my sugaring! Raunette is so knowledgeable in her products and her techniques and makes you feel very comfortable. If you haven’t tried sugaring, you most definitely should definitely give Raunette a call, you will not go back to waxing!

I switched from shaving to sugaring and I love it, I’m never going back. You have to be consistent to see the results but once you do it’s great. Myra is the absolute best. She is truly a professional and probably one of the best sugarists in the business. She and the rest of the staff have always been so nice. Each session is relaxing and enjoyable :)
