The Shutter Guys did a great job throughout the entire process! Wade was the last company I called to come out for an initial consultation but was the FIRST appointment. He made time for us. Wade is extremely knowledgeable and explained the installation and step by step process thoroughly. He is also an expert in knowing the trends and giving advice on what will look the best in our home. They are patient, polite, and friendly. Also, they kept to their timeline, followed through after the order, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them!

The Shutter Guys are the best. We had plantation shutters put on all of our windows and they did a great job. Also had new slide shades put on our 2 sliding doors. Great job at a great price, our home looks 100% better. Plantation shutters are a big investment, I do not regret using them The owner came out and measured and gave us some great ideas. His son in law came out a few days later and did a great install. Outstanding company!

I found these guys through my neighborhood Facebook page. They came highly recommended by 3 different neighbors. Dave came out and gave me a quote. He was polite, professional and gave me several options to choose from. The shutters came in almost 2 weeks before he promised. They were able to schedule an install within 2 days. I had Carlo and Edgar come out for the install. They were both very professional and did a great job on the install. I am very happy with the quality of the shutters and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Just another wonderful review! We have owned many homes and have had shutters in all of them. Last year we purchased a home in San Elijos Hills. Checked on Unilocal and found all these well deserved positive reviews. So we got a bid from them and had them install our shutters. What professionals and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Wade noticed that the fit on one shutter was not perfect, so he ordered another shutter. Honestly, we couldn’t tell that he fit was off, but Wade could. A year after our install our cat damaged one of the blades. We called Wade and he came out the same day, did a temp repair, order a new blade, and installed it no cost to us. That’s the kind of service this company provides. If that’s not enough, when other families moved into area we gladly recommended the Shutter Guys and the Shutter Guys sent us a Starbucks Gift Card as a thanks you for providing the recommendation. The Shutter Guys have it all wrong, we should be thanking them for the excellent service and the first class product.

We went through the shutter guys after calling three other places and had people on the other line that didn’t sound like they knew anything. Back to the shutter guys everyone from start to finish was great from when they brought out samples to installation. Had my shutters and blinds installed yesterday did a great job and they cleaned up. Just had shutters and honeycomb shades installed and I am so happy with the results! We have an old house and the shutters that were left from the previous owners were rickety and all scratched up (from their dogs). I had 2 other companies come and give me an estimate (Costco and Harmony Blinds) and Dave from the shutter guys was the most knowledgeable about what type of shutter would be best to replace our old ones. Plus they were the best priced. Wade came installed the window treatments and was very professional and did such a great job. He also told us how they recycle all the packaging that the shutters come from and took our old rickety wooden shutters to recycle too. I am so happy with the results!

Just had 21 windows in wood blinds and 1 vertical blind for patio door installed from start to finish 1 month time frame. I did my homework and had 4 estimates done and told each vendor that my criteria was 1) Pricing 2(Quality and 3(Gut instinct/​good vibe. They met and went beyond my expectations. I would 100% recommend this company. Not too mention their customer service was spot on. Thank you Shutter Guys I absolutely love my blinds.

We had a very nice experience using The Shutter Guys. I am a very visual person and appreciated that Dave brought samples. Ordering exactly what we wanted was very easy. They kept us updated on the status of our order while we waited for production. The installation went off without a hitch. Wade was fantastic and kept a close eye on making sure the product was installed properly and to his standards. We are ecstatic about the quality of our wooden shutters, they are gorgeous! We’ve had many compliments from visitors and our neighbors. Pricing was really fair and I love that we could give business to a family run company.
A tip to those considering woven wood blinds for a bedroom: Be sure to spring for the lining. I didn’t realize you can see through these things at night. We also happen to have a streetlight outside of our bedroom which leaves the room a bit bright for sleeping.

Just had the shutter guys install plantation shutters throughout our home and these guys do excellent work and leave no mess behind. Would for sure use them again and I highly recommend them. Give them a chance they have great prices.

We love the shutters they installed for us!
We added new shutters on our front bay window. The first visit, they measured the windows and discussed the kind of shutters we wanted. Their estimate was provided quickly after their initial visit. Our shutters took about 6 weeks to make and ship; once they arrived, The Shutter Guys came and installed them the next day.
The shutters are absolutely beautiful; the installation was perfect, and our vinyl bay windows look like they were built with the shutters on them. There are no gaps or nail holes where they were installed, they are great.
Dave and his family are very pleasant and reliable. We are so happy with our bay window shutters, we’re planning to do all the remaining windows of our house with The Shutter Guys in the future.

Even though the job is not completely finished, I am able to write a review on the shutter guys. They are simply fantastic. They are great at communicating with the customers throughout the process. Dave did very accurate measurement. The price is competitive. Seth came to install the temporary shades, which fitted very well and are very nice looking too (felt bad to take them down). Wade and Seth did the installation in one day, more than 40 windows. Super efficient and super careful not to leave any damage to the floor and everything. One shutter frame was damaged during transport and they will make one at Long Beach within 2 – 3 weeks. We are very happy that we went with the Shutter Guys. Will update again when the job is completely finished.
Update: Over 1 year later, everything is still good and happy that we went with the Shutter Guys. Good honest people who do great work — thank you!
