I just had to come on here and give this company an awesome review for the work they did in my home during a reconstruction we had done in our home. They did a wonderful job and were so fast and professional packing up our belongings. It’s hard to put your personal things in the hands of strangers, but they were very informative and gave me every assurance that our things would be well taken care of.

I was referred to the pack out company by Mission Restoration when we had a flood in our house.
Josh was the manager and was very understanding about all my grandmothers belongings that we had inherited.
They assigned one person to pack and unpack all her stuff only. I felt very taken care of.

Floods are no fun but thank goodness for the pack out company they were very knowledgable about everything was going on and they assured me that I was in good hands.
During the construction of my house they packed all of my belongings and stored them for me.

This company was the easiest part of a stressful situation for my family. They were extremely flexible with appointment times. They arrived, inventoried the entire contents of the ground level of my home, and in about 4 hours all my furniture paintings and miscilaneous items were neatly and safely wrapped up and fit into a mobile storage box. They took it all off site while construction was done on the house. About 2 weeks later, work was done and the Packout company brought my stuff back the following day. When they were done in packing everything was placed exactly how it was before they had arrived. I was amazed at their speed and efficiency. All our paintings and glass vases had been safe through the process.
About the crew:
Surprisingly it only took 2 movers and an overseer. They had professional uniforms and courteous personalities. The vehicles were in clean and professional appearance. I had been concerned as my home is in a gated community and did not want to look bad to the neighbors. The crew was easy to work with and very reassuring about my concerns for items I was concerned about. Amazing service
How I found them:
my house had a slab leak just months after buying my first house. Scared about loss, overwhelmed with stress, and learning all the new steps to follow with house insurance, I quickly selected A dry out company to mop up the water and dry out the walls. All my wood flooring was destroyed and the dry out company suggested The Packout company.
Cost to value ratio:
This part I’m not too sure about. They were able to discuss finances and negotiate payment directly through my insurance. I was overwhelmed with other financial issues and was quite relieved I didn’t need to concern myself with their expense. Not having that head ache added value to their service for me.
This review was written by request of The Packout companie’s Survey they have texted to me. I used their service nearly a year and ½ ago. They recently sent me survey requests via text msg. They have not offered compensation or incentive for the survey, but my experience with them was impressive enough to warrant the 10 minutes of my time.

We had a flood our house this week and the packout company was sent by the restoeation company… it has been a crazy ride .but the guys at packout have been so patient. Came out multiple times and even brought my daughters school books all the way back from storage. When the got there they helped me move all the trash out to the street. I want to say that Adris Mahar, Project Manager and David Green, Darius Grant and Luis Hildalgo. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING

We had a flood caused by the clowns over at ADT Security Systems — yes, a flood caused by a security company. The Packout Company stood out as one of only two businesses who gave us a silver lining on the storm cloud that comes with a home flooding situation. We enlisted DryForce to help us with restoration and knowing we had a personal business to run out of the home and two very young children, they referred us to the Packout team. We could not have been happier with the service provided and the absolute convenience of not having to take on another task during this process. They packed up everything in a few hours, labeled everything perfectly, and organized it for us in our garage, making sure to leave the boxes with commonly used items, like FOOD, unsealed and on the perimeter of the mound of belongings. They made sure not to pack anything they thought I might be using in the weeks to come, checking in with me each time to bring it to my attention.
Big kudos to Darrell Settle and Dalton Codd for taking care of everything for us and having a fantastic and professional attitude the whole time. Ask for them if you call this company. You’ll be glad you did!

Absolute nightmare company! I would give a ZERO if I could. My elderly parents, 94 & 87 had slab leaks and had to have all their furniture moved from the dinning room and family room. I moved all paintings and small or delicate items upstairs, all that was left was maybe 20 large furniture pieces to be stored in the garage. They wrapped them up very nicely and neat, two guys did it all in less than 6 hours and they sent a bill for $ 9100 to the insurance (this included packing back). After I was alerted to possible scamming of the elderly, the company revised price to $ 6400. After seeing many errors on itemized bill I told them to cancel any packing back. This brought it down to $ 3600. However, I kept pointing out only 2 workers worked, and the entire job, lasted less than 6 hours. They had billed us for 3 workers and two 8 hour days. I spent 3 days and countless hours trying to point out their errors only to have them even state wrong hours and dates! I am turning over to an attorney for Elder Law. Total scam business! Worst experience ever!

Thank you Packout Company for taking such good care of my belongings. had a flood in my house and Floodbusters came out and took care of the water and recommended the Packout Company. they had a team at my house in an hour and 30 minutes and the whole area was packed out in two hours.
Everything got billed to my insurance company and when the job was done they packed everything back and add a nice lady (Britney) help organize were the stuff went,
I highly recommend them if they get put on your job you have good people at your disposal.

We needed last minute movers for our house and reached out to The Packout Company. They were so helpful and able to get us on their schedule quickly. The guys showed up right on time and got straight to work! I could not believe how nice and helpful they were! Jesus, Justin & Josh were amazing. They carefully wrapped all our large furniture and handled everything perfectly. All with smiles on their faces. I will absolutely be recommending this company to everyone that will listen. I was thrilled with how helpful they were. They even brought us extra packing materials! Lifesavers!

We had a flooding disaster and The Packout Company came in and packed everything in that area and moved it all into a storage pod. They were courteous and very thorough with our possessions, professional and personable, the perfect combination!
