If you need a defense lawyer who looks out for your best interest, then Mark is the one you’re looking for. I’ve had lawyers before but I’ve never received the kind of treatment like I’ve received from him. He is very understanding and believes that one mistake doesn’t tell who a person is. I had a recent case where I thought everything that I’ve worked so hard for was gone. I explained the situation and he dove right in before barely getting off the phone, telling me the steps I needed to take and what he was a going to do next. Mark was kind, patient, responsive and to the point. I was a mess when I first talked to him but he took the time to explain what the process was and didn’t mind my tears. He patiently walked me through the extremely scary and emotional roller coaster every step of the way.
I never had to step foot in a court room and he got me the judgement I deserved– not the harsh punishment the DA was going for.
I made a terrible mistake but Mark made sure that I could get on with my life and be a productive member of society quickly!
I was told I would have to pay over $ 6,000 for a lawyer– Mark wasn’t that much, but he is worth every single penny! If I ever had a question I could call or email him and get a quick response.
When he was fighting for me against the DA– I was anxious and frightened, texting him that I could NOT cope with what they were threatening to impose: he took a break to call me and assure me everything was going to be all right. And he kept his word.
