Business Owner
Harris Brumer is a 1997 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He served on active duty for six years as a military intelligence officer and was stationed with the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. In 2002, he earned a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, while still on active duty. Mr. Brumer left the Army as a Captain in 2003 and attended law school locally in San Diego at The Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Upon graduation from law school in 2006, Mr. Brumer worked in both criminal defense and in bankruptcy law at two private firms in San Diego. In 2010, he began work as the civilian Director of Legal Assistance at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. He is now in private practice and is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.
