Grab & Go: not just their name, but a helpful suggestion as well. I’m not trying to disrespect this place, but here are the facts: — It’s located downtown, right near Santa Fe Depot, so the traffic coming in and out can get insane. — The atmosphere can get rowdy(due to the amount of people, noise level, etc) — Employees seem blasé to your presence and therefor find it a suitable time to be on their phones, right behind the register — obviously only until you walk up. That’s when they care. I will say that they do keep the place as tidy as possible, and most times I’ve been there someone will come out from behind their phones/register to rearrange the chip display. If you’re looking for a quick sub fix, then yes! This is the spot you want. If you’re looking for something worth writing more than what I’ve written, then sorry bud — better luck next time. MYRECOMMENDATION: Grilled cheese feta. I mean, who DOESN’T love grilled cheese sandwiches… eh, well it’s more of a sub. Regardless… it is tasty. Enjoy the heavy feeling after!

I called to order a last minute party platter for a work meeting right around lunch time. I spoke to Tito on the phone who was very helpful with helping me decide what size to order and was able to quickly put together a large assorted platter of delicious sandwiches. When I arrived they kindly informed me of the various side options, rang me up and had me on my way. Great spot, I’ll definitely be back!

I was craving a wrap from grab and go subs. So I decided just to call it in .so I don’t have to wait. I was very pleased with my lunch. If u don’t want the bread u can exchange it for a spinach or wheat wrap the spinach wrap u can’t even taste spinach at all .i high recommend. Grab and go subs for lunch also if u don’t have time to wait u can just grab a sandwich from their basket. their prices a pretty high but better than subway I can guarantee u that

The pizza is a hidden gem. Crispy and hot with your choice of toppings for 6.99. Don’t forget to check in for the free 20 oz soda!

A coworker recommended this place strictly for their breakfast sandwiches, and it has slowly become my go-to. Their prices are fair considering the location, however it can take upwards of 10 minutes to wait for food. I will definitely be calling in my orders from now to avoid spending my entire break in line.

I came here to try the grab & go $ 5 sub which is actually now $ 5.99. The sandwich was bigger than I expected. It was very fresh it tasted great. I got it with mayo oil and vinegar. The meat was good and the veggies were fresh and real. Definitely better than Subway. I can tell this was real meat. The bread wasn’t bad either. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been eating grab & go sandwiches for the last 20+ years. I had my first one when I was a broke college student and I was hooked. I love that it is a local family business that has thrived and flourished.

Absolutely love this place for it’s convenience, speed, price, consistency and friendly staff. It really puts Subway and Quiznos to shame. I’ve come back so many times that they know my order by heart now! There was even a week when I was here 5 straight days for lunch. Embarrassing, yes, but darn good, and well worth it. The Grab & Go sub is the perfect lunch for $ 5.00. Do as it’s named and grab a pre-made one(still fresh) off the shelf, hand the friendly girls at the counter a $ 5 bill and be in-and-out in less than 60 seconds. Or, you can even order the Grab & Go sub off the menu(#1), customize it as you please(no peppers, extra lettuce, etc.) and still pay $ 5.00 flat. Best lunch deal around. All the ingredients are always fresh and the bread is soft. Plenty of drink and side options to make your lunch complete. I’d recommend to anyone!

Ok, food quality matters to me. I just went here today for the first time. My office is a block away. I ordered a chicken sub. When I got back to the office and started eating it, I realized it only had one very thinly sliced slice of chicken breast on it. I don’t know if this is uniform between all the locations, but I cannot justify dropping 10 bucks for a sub with one slice of meat on it. Also, there were various homeless people in clusters near the entrance and surrounding area asking me for money when I entered and left the area. Way to make me feel guilty as a I leave with a sandwich in my hand.

Subs here are very good here, consistently good. The grab n go is a solid sandwich, I get it on what with spicy mayo. All of the subs are really good though, I like the spicy turkey avocado wrap or the Po Boy. Meat and toppings are alway fresh. Breakfast bagel sandwiches are pretty my good too… try the bacon, cream cheese and tomato — you won’t be disappointed!

I love Grab & Go! I have completely sworn off Subway after trying this place. This location in particular is the best. I usually stick with a classic turkey sandwich when ordering elsewhere but at Grab & Go I can’t decide on a favorite! My top two faves are probably the roast beef special and the california steak. The Italian is killer but can get a bit greasy when toasted. The spicy turkey one is also amazing. They make all the sandwiches fresh and they are ready in less than 10 mins. Perfect place for a quick lunch break. I only wish they were open for dinner as well! The girls are the counter are really nice and have never messed up my order.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch with the free 20 oz soda check in. Somehow got my order wrong, opened and I got turkey avocado jack instead. Surprised, slightly disappointed, but then again… it was good. Warm, well wrapped, plenty of filling of mixed greens and turkey and tomato with a light dressing! Who can say no to that with a free 20 oz soda that ends up 6.99? Plus, got my wrap in 5 minutes. Service was good, friendly and quick. They were mildly surprised with my check in which turned to almost hidden glee that their check in ad worked. LOL to that!

Prefer going here over Subways or Quiznos any day. I used to work in the downtown area and Grab & Go was my go to for veggie sandwiches. I love their vinegar dressing and they always allow me to modify the the veggies in my sandwich.

Subs here are hefty and in my opinion a step up taste wise compared to Subway. Had the roast beef sub and the slices of roast beef were definitely tasty. The overall size of the sub is worth the $ 6. Even the cuts of cheese and tomatoes were a step up as it had a fresh taste to it. The bread was very good and it seemed like it was just baked out of the oven. Overall, a good experience.

Sandwiches are delicious but staff are rude, especially when it’s busy. I loved my feta grilled cheese with avocado — it tasted like a Greek salad with warm melty cheese. That combination would have never occurred to me but it was amazing! They get their cookies from the same bakery that makes their fresh bread. Definitely worth saving room for dessert. My only complaint is the staff gets a little impatient during the busy hours. Forgivable, but means I will have second thoughts about going back.

Nice selection of salads for a sandwich shop. I had the tuna salad and it was a-ok. good portion size, tuna salad wasn’t overly mayo’d, cucumbers and tomatoes were nice additions. Also liked that they included two different dressings on the side(ranch and some kind of vinaigrette). OK prices. Good for lunch when you’re downtown… not good enough to drive downtown to get.

Grab & Go offers an assortment of salads, subs, sweet treats, and coffee drinks for the busy working professional/student/human being on-the-go. The service is faster and much friendlier compared to the West«C» street location. For these reasons, I award the West Broadway Grab & Go location four(4) shiny gold stars. This afternoon I tried the Turkey & Avocado Wrap which came with turkey breast, mixed greens, tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, pickles, and non-fat yogurt dill sauce on a spinach wrap. It was fresh, tasty, filling, and decently priced at $ 6.49. For an even better deal, order the Special Everyday: $ 5 gets you the 10″ Grab & Go #1 sub and a 20 oz. fountain drink.
