Daniel J Perwich has been parcticing law in San Diego County since 1984. He started his career representing Homeowners and Home Owners Associations in Construction Defect Litigation. Throughout his career he has also represented small business owners and individuals in a variety of business and transactional matters including forming LLC’s, preparingTenancy in Commom agreements and Partnership Agreements. In the past few years Mr. Perwich has focused his law practice on helping people with their Estate Planning needs, including drafting Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives.
