The Glashaus is an artist collective located less than two miles from the San Diego Convention Center and Petco Park. Private art and design-​related event space and individual studio rental provide a unique mix of experiences for artists and visitors. Each month select studio artists showcase their work in the main gallery. The main gallery is open to the public when artists are present and on Saturdays between 10 and 4p.

The mission: To bring together working artists of various media, thereby generating a unique energy which benefits all Glashaus artists in the creative process.

History

Established in 2009.

Matt Devine and Greg Brotherton, both sculpture artists, founded The Glashaus and developed the warehouse space into individual studios to create a unique opportunity for artists to share and gain inspiration from various styles and medium.
