The Beach Builder

If I could give a — approval of this construction company I certainly would. Just the mere fact that they did not fulfill our verbal agreement of cleaning the construction debris to my home that’s 10 feet away
From my window, screens and front door as promised .
Through my many attempts to contact the general manager via text and voice mail with no response I have no other option then to report this to the proper authorities.

By far the BEST quality builder in the area. We have actually experienced and worked with The Beach Builder directly — He built our house! Everyone who walks into our home falls in love with it and goes crazy over the quality and uniqueness. No track homes here! …our house is totally different than our neighbors and we also got to pick most of our finishes. The Beach Builder is doing AMAZING things for PB! We never would have considered PB as a place for our family, had we not discovered his homes. There is no way we would have purchased/​lived in the previously run down house that stood prior to ours. So for those folks wanting to make PB a «family» place — The Beach Builder is doing just that. The Beach Builder defiantly went over and beyond for us on so many things. He was so kind, straight forward and honest!
As for all these negative comments… looks like grumpy neighbors who are either renters or have no idea that The Beach Builder just helped their home values… So maybe they owe him an apology and a thank you! Thank you Beach Builder for improving our new community! …

We live in an area where this builder has erected several houses. They build very badly designed and placed buildings — 2 houses of maximum size on a lot that previously had a small post war bungalow on it. Three stories tall with roof top areas … no side, front or back yards. Chopped up floor plans with four bedrooms and extremely small 2 car garages that are usually used for storage while the many cars of owners are parked on already packed streets. And I couldn’t agree more with previous reviews regarding workers, materials and safety hazards. It is hard to believe they can get away with this in a city that requires code compliance and inspections. It is sad to see this company getting away with their dangerous practices and laughing at any attempt to by neighbors to stop it.

I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with this business both at home and at work. The Beach Builder has a project across the street from my office as well as next door to my home. At both locations the same issues exist — their noisy, incredibly dirty, and they do not care at all about the safety or well being of the neighborhoods that they work in. Some specific examples:
1) I’m not sure what the substance is, but I came out to my car last week to find a plaster-​like substance sprayed all over my car. When I asked one of the workers about it they ignored me.
2) The sidewalk and public areas surrounding their job sites are filthy — they leave dirt and trash on the sidewalk and I haven’t once seen anyone sweep up the area of either job site. Again, I asked about this and they ignored me.
3) I have three young children that often are playing out front and most of the time the fencing to the job site is left open so I have to constantly either close the fence myself, and/​or watch to make sure my kids don’t go wandering into the job site and get hurt.
I hope that anyone looking to build or buy a home avoids The Beach Builder at all costs.

They are building near our home and so far they have been incredibly inconsiderate. They start construction daily at 7am Monday-​Saturday. This wouldn’t be so bad if their construction team wasn’t extra loud. We can hear their music, talking, even singing! The worst of it all has been the constant dangerous debri left all around the area. We have found shards of wood, metal, paper and of course plenty of dust. Even though they know that there are small children living nearby it seems that they have no regard for the safety of the neighbors they are impacting daily. We can’t wait for this building to be completed so we can get our peace back.
