Ted Baker London

While I love this line of clothing, I kick myself every time I walk into this store. Rude, unhelpful, and condescending staff is what I come across every time. I guess I will continue shopping online for my Ted Baker fix.

One word to say about this store: HORRIBLE!!!
Please don’t shop here unless you don’t need human help. I rather shop on line.
I stopped by this store today to check on a dress. The first sale girl I saw at the door didn’t even say hello or hi.
Later I saw 3 more girls standing there and just talking, did not say hello or hi neither.
At that point I realized how rude these sale girls are, don’t want to waste my time seeing these lazy workers. Why did they get hire for not doing their jobs? I assumed one of them must be a shift manager.
I left and stepped over (yes, I stepped over) Bloomingdale’s where they say hello to me and help me. I bought the dress I was looking for here.
I don’t know how long this store going to last in business, but I will not shop here ever again.

Beautifully tailored clothes. Always enough staff in there to help if needed. Great selection. Sales are few and far between but when they come they are good!

Ted Baker is my suit go-​to! It is also great to buy tailored fitted and high fashion clothing. I own 4 of the same suit in different colors if that tells you anything. That said, I am an avid suit buyer so its not to say I love it for no good reason. Ted Baker has an unmistakable style and their clothing all has a great look and cut. The english countryside high fashion is very cool and I am really always so happy to see the people who run the store. I work with Alicia Silva a lot and she is awesome. My fiancé loves it when I work with Alicia to surprise her with something unexpected like a purse or a scarf. At the same time, TB dresses are great and they look unbelievable on her. I highly recommend going to Ted Baker and I know their service will be uncommonly above the rest! Enjoy! Cheers –Seth

Ted Baker San Diego is my favorite TB location! The girls that work there are great, always provide the best customer service and always are dressed so cute. I also buy all of my boyfriend’s clothes there. He is also a huge fan of the store and brand.

Their customer service really does suck. Not a single person welcomed me nor asked if I needed any assistance. I only go back because their bags are super cute, recently purchased a small tote and felt rushed throughout the whole process. I was the one that actually went up to a sales associates and asked for assistance! Also, the sales associates kept referring to me as ‘sweetie’ (i ain’t yo sweetie booboo!!) and misspelled my name after having me repeat letter after letter of both my first and last 3 times. Their Orange County store also blows big nuts with customer service. They sure know how to pick their employees! (Super snooty in the butt) next time I’ll purchase my items online.

I am in love with Ted. The clothes are amazing. Super cute & unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere. Great quality & the style is to die for. Super cute wallets & bags.
Customer service is entirely something else. :(Awful. Poor customer service. Lucky the items in the store sell themselves.
I was in the store yesterday wandering around & 3 girls supposedly «working» stood in the middle of the store gossiping. No hello. Can I help you? Nothing.
Hi rude. At least acknowledge you’ve got potential customers.
Luckily Bloomingdales right next door carries Ted Baker so I buy the majority of my Ted over there. They greet you over there.
So only 3 stars due to horrible customer service. But the clothing in Ted really is amazing. It sells itself, you just gotta want it bad enough.

I love Ted Baker. The quality is way better than most other brands and it’s way cooler.
I personally have had a good experiences with the customer service. In fact, last time I was there the girl that helped me with the suit I bought made sure I walked out a very happy customer :)

Is looking forward to attend this great grand-​openning event on Wednesday night! DJ, drinks, 30% off on most of things — basically full package of happiness and good entertainment. In general, the store is always in great condition, well-​maintained and professionally managed.

I was visiting friends in the San Diego area when I stumbled upon Ted Baker at the Fashion Valley Mall. While I am familiar with the brand, seeing them at various department stores, I had never been in one of their stores. And what a delightful experience it was! First, the store is decorated with the most adorable zoo theme, with animal cutouts and glass menageries all over the store.
I was so impressed with the clothing! The men’s clothing is dapper and very British and quirky, and the women’s pieces blew me away. I loved the floral prints and bright colors, and even picked up some business formal pieces for work. I was helped by Michelle, who I believe was the store manager, and she was INCREDIBLE! I probably picked up 5 things to try on, but as with any retail experience, not everything works the first time around, but Michelle made some really amazing suggestions, and really took my taste and style into account when bringing more pieces to the room.
In the end I left with some full bags, and all at a very reasonable price for the fine craftsmanship and beautiful pieces that I walked away with. Michelle was so helpful, and everyone in the store was smiling the whole way through. I’ve read previous reviews about poor customer service and I can only imagine that maybe they had a really busy or ‘off’ day because everyone I encountered was nothing short of delightful.
All in all, excellent shopping experience and I will DEFINITELY be back next time I visit my friends!

Love this store! I read other reviews about the customer service being poor and can’t disagree more — I’ve only been in a few times, but have found the experience each time to be such a treat and the staff almost over-​the-​top helpful.
Most importantly however, I love the clothes — totally different from what other retailers carry — Ted Baker is simply delicious, a little prissy in style and beautifully made.
Clothing can be a little pricey, but they seem to have some good sales.
My only complaint which has nothing to do with the store itself, is that the Ted Baker website is really un complete, with only a small sampling of the clothing available in stores shown on line. Hopefully the technology will catch up.

I would very much like to give more stars, but the customer service is so poor, that I’m actually being generous. The clothes are great. Fun, quirky styles, great quality, and when things are on sale, somewhat affordable. Yet the customer service is just so sad that regardless of how nice the clothes are, it doesn’t warrant a visit there, let alone a purchase. They ignore their customers, & when they do take time from all their gabbing, they’re snooty & rude. The same goes for their customer service, thru their online store. They deceive people with prices that don’t truly exist & the cust. service dept is really just one woman with an uncomprehensible accent, that is abrupt & condescending. What a shame, Ted Baker.

Awesome fashion, well-​made clothing, but without the Prada and Gucci price tags.
I used to shop at Ted Baker when I lived in London, and was so pleased to discover one at Fashion Valley.
So I was just in Burberry, and saw an awesome sweater/​jacket. But I didn’t want to pay $ 900 for it. I went to Ted Baker, and found something very similar in design, cut, color, material, and durability for $ 150.
The great thing about Ted Baker is that it offers fantastic clothing that is better quality than Banana Republic, but not nearly as expensive as Burberry or Prada. Also, Ted Baker clothing is better made than Banana Republic, and is equal in durability to Burberry. Now, although quality can very from item to item, I closely compared the sweater from Ted Baker to the one at Burberry, and they were almost identical.
As for customer service, i was not too impressed. Nobody spoke to me. When I took the garment to the counter to pay for it, the woman asked me if I found everything okay. I told her I did, but without the help of the sales staff because nobody offered to help me. The woman offered an apology that seemed sincere enough I guess. Anyway, i would have given this shop 5 stars had the sales staff been attentive.
But at the end of the day, if you appreciate well-​designed, quality clothes, but don’t want to spend a fortune, this shop is a must.
