Customer service here is great & today they had a great deal 40% off one pair & 50% off 2 or more which was a bargain, when you do the math. Now for the unfortunate reality the high prices of shoes should come with two things 1) a nice air conditioned store which it did not, it was like a freaken sauna and the other complaint I have is the No Return Policy! That’s bs! If you don’t wear them & are in the exact condition of which you purchased them, you should be allowed to return them… Especially if you’re purchasing them for a specific event/​occasion and the outfit you need them for is at home and you’d like to try them on with that dress and that my friends is the main reason Nordys will forever stay in business.

On impulse after seeing a big 50% off sale sign I went into the store. I was greeted immediately and was told all the shoes are 50% off including the shoes on sale, unheard of really even the shoes on sale? Yes that’s right I purchased a great pair of leather booties for 50% off of the sale price of $ 59.00 and walked out of the store with a great pair of shoes for $ 31.86. Yippee what a deal!

Don’t get me wrong here, I love Charles David shoes. I always get compliments on my heels whenever I wear them.

I was looking to burn some money and buy some shoes.
I walk into the store, there’s 1 sales girl and no one else in the store. She’s on the phone.
Ok, cool, maybe she’s on the phone with a customer.
I walk around the store. She hasn’t made eye contact with me and she’s still on the phone.
What is she talking about on the phone? TEXT MESSAGING!!!
Really? You don’t greet met when I come in. I walk around the whole store leisurely, even picking up some shoes, and you can’t once get off the phone with a friend you’re on the phone talking about text messaging with and help me?
Yeah, that really wants me to spend my money and letting you make commission off my sale. No thank you!

Terrible service to busy chatting with each other!

If they don’t have a shoe size in stock, they will ship the correct size to your home for free!
On this occassion, everything in the store was 30% off!
Just a lucky day for my girlfriend.
Average price for a shoe was at least $ 100.

Being the shoe whore that I am, I spend lots of time in this little store in Fashion Valley. They have great shoes and they turn their merchandise very quickly. If they don’t have a shoe you love in your size or the color you want… they are happy to ship for free! The staff is friendly and helpful too.
