My company Advance Reprographics, has been using Tech Support SD for many years now. We’ve been approached by other IT companies but Tyler’s company, Tech Support SD always shines above the others. He is professional, plus at the same time very personable. He recommended new equipment for us and we have been happy with all of his direction and suggestions. I’ve been a business owner for many years and have dealt with many IT companies. Tyler from Tech Support SD has been the easiest to work with and most knowledgeable. He immediately identifies issues and fixes them. He doesn’t spend hours pretending to «diagnose» the problem to increase your tab. I was at the end of my rope with trying to resolve several PC problems on my own. I had set up my new PC, yet the problems persisted.
Tyler saved the day! He was on time, professional, listened to my rant about the PC problems and fixed them all. And after he fixed the problems (a bad router being the primary issue — I had to order a new one) he set up the e-​mail on my new PC. That was the cherry on the top!
He even offered tech support over the phone to help me install my new router when it arrived by mail order. I am feeling so much better now that I know that I have a great tech person to help me with my PC problems.

Wonderful!!! Tyler came to our rescue and completely set up a new system as fast as he could. We have a very busy salon and Tyler totally understood our urgency. He patiently explained how to use our newly upgraded programs and was willing to stay and teach anyone who had any questions. The following day when we struggled, he was ready to answer any questions over the phone and came back to the salon just to make sure we were on the right track. I was running into numerous compatibility problems, and have 3 pieces of equipment that needed to run off this new computer… and was ready to pull my frick’n hair out. Tyler has always been so great in helping me with my computers and phone. He has helped me with my iMac on several occasions and is decently priced and very personable. I feel like I don’t get the run around with TechSupportSD. They are always straight to the point.
I recently moved to Texas and Tyler now supports me remotely. It’s so easy! I call, set an appointment with Michael in the office and then Tyler calls, remotes in and fixes my problem ASAP.

After the horrific error message on my screen this morning («Invalid Or Damaged Boot Partition) and a posting of «Help!» on FB via phone, I’m up and running again on the same day, thanks to a friend’s recommendation of
. I had a flash drive in a USB port that was somehow giving my computer the impression that it had to boot from there instead of the C: drive! When he called me back, he said right off: «If you have any flashdrives in USB ports, pull them out and reboot.» That was all it took. Nice guy who nailed the problem… and even held on while I tested it! Highly recommended.
Update months later: Yesterday, I woke to find that my computer had no internet, no sound, couldn’t print and more. First call was to Tyler. He found some file that needed to be launched at boot-​up that wasn’t and the problem was resolved fairly quickly. I never could have found that. Once again, saved the day and for a very fair price.

Tyler is awesome. We were having problems getting our home wifi connection out to our converted-​garage studio, so I contacted him. Tyler kept me constantly updated on when he was going to arrive, and then once here, I could immediately tell that Tyler knows his stuff and was able to explain what he was doing. When he confirmed that our wifi settings were correct, and the problem was solely due to the construction of our studio (it is made out of concrete cinder blocks), Tyler came up with a great suggestion on how to lead cabling out to the studio that I had not even considered. I have found our new IT guy!

AMAZING!!! Tyler is like a tech superhero — seriously! Every time I have tech issues in the restaurant I manage, Tyler magically shows up to save the day! I don’t know how he does it.
Even if he didn’t magically appear when treacherous tech problems arise, I wouldn’t call anyone else. Tyler, is ultra friendly and easy to get along with. He is able to make same-​day service calls and always has the customers best interest at heart when it comes to pricing.

Tyler is the man. He is super responsive, very efficient, and very effective. Since he has taken over as IT support for our Hostel in the Gaslamp in the past year, we have had more issues fixed than in the past two years combined. He is also a very personable guy, which can be hard to find in the world of IT support, and his rates are quite fair. He also has the ability to take both check payments and credit card payments, which can save a lot of time. I called around using Unilocal to find someone to fix my Outlook problems — the other day all emails sent to me were returned so I received none, and yesterday they were coming in over and over again. I’d been trying to set up Outlook Exchange and obviously I did something to mess things up. One company I called tried to help, but in the end he admitted he didn’t know what to do. So I tried Tyler, given his Unilocal reviews, and he came the very next day and solved the issue in 30 mins for a very reasonable price. Definitely call him if you need help! He’s got a sweet personality and feels very trustworthy — qualities you want in someone who’s tapping into your whole life via access to your emails and electronics.
