Wish you could give 0 stars. This place is horrible, horrible, horrible. Signed up for Unilocal just to warn others about this place. After being assured my jacket would be done by Thursday, it was not ready even by Saturday for the wedding I needed to wear it to. When it was not ready in time, they offered to let me wear somebody else’s clothes instead! Unbelievable. Beware, this place is a joke and no kind of reputable establishment at all. (And they might give your clothes to strangers)

She GAVE AWAY my clothes!!! No phone call!!! No Nothing! STAY AWAY you have been warned!

I got my bridesmaid dress dry cleaned here because I was desperate for an overnight dry clean service and it’s walking distance from my place. I also work graveyard, so I’m usually not awake during normal business hours.
Yes this place has a particular smell… I’d describe it as dog kibble, stale moth balls and about 20 years worth of dust bunnies. I gave my dress (which was $ 7 to dry clean) to the lady and specifically told her I NEED THIS BY TOMORROW. NO EXCEPTIONS. She nodded her head and told me to come 6pm and they close 6:30. She asked me when the wedding was, and said «you still have plenty of time, why tomorrow?» This made me nervous.
I show up the next day at 5:55 for pick up and the place is a ghost town. Called their number and of course no response. What if my wedding was that day? I’d be royally screwed!
I picked up my dress the next day and the lady has the audacity to tell me I didn’t show up yesterday. Yeah, fxxx you too, bxxx! At least the tag wasn’t stapled to my dress as in the other reviews. Avoid this place.

Dry cleaning and basic alterations are fine. Prices are fairly good.
Had a strap shortened and a nice dress taken in a bit. Those were fine, too.
Got a formal bridesmaid dress hemmed here, and it although we marked it for tea length (by the knee), it was certainly a few inches shorter than that. For fancier things, I think I’ll go elsewhere.

Worst place I have ever been to for dry cleaning… first of all, I should have known this was a mistake. The place smelled like dog piss, and the lady had 3 nasty loud dogs in the shop… they just keep barking at you… totally unprofessional and inappropriate. Also she has some Vietnamese game shows blasting on the TV.
When I arrived to pick up my clothes on the promised date, they were not ready… quite annoyed. When I finally got my clothes, they were wrinkled and did not even look like they had been cleaned… there were still spots on the shirt. Also when I got home they had put staples thru my shirt and pants where they stapled the receipt… who STAPLES a receipt to clothing?
Do not come here. They are unprofessional, and the whole dog situation is really uncomfortable and bizarre. It smells weird in there. When I went to pay, they wouldn’t take my card, so I had to go the the ATM because she said her merchant services charges her too much… Not my problem lady.
My advice is to go elsewhere… I will never bring my clothing here again.

Sign outside says open at 9, I waited outside until 9:25 then left. I come back the next day and lady says they open at 9:30. I told her about the sign and she says the «30» numbers are gone. So at least put a handwritten sign! Geez Are you kidding me? Nuff said about this joint.

They dry cleaned moth like holes ALL over my vintage gear! At least the Alterations were cheap. Smells bad.

I went to this place since its a couple blocks from my house. I wish I would have read the review first. All I needed was four pair of pants hemmed since I’m so short! Due to convenience I figured I would check this place out.
The lady hemmed all of my pants wrong. They were way too long when I picked them up. I had the same pair of shoes on when I tried on the pants when she measured me too. She tried to blame me and said that I must not have had my heels on when she measured me in my pants. She complained about having to redo the pants. Now I’m wearing one pair and the left leg is longer than the right.
I should have stuck with the place I usually go to. Don’t ever go here– if she messes up she’ll say its your fault.

If you want your dry cleaning ruined, go here. One of my dress shirts had the receipt stapled to the front of the shirt. WTF? When I went back to complain, the lady & her chihuahua barked at me & asked me to leave. Boo… Boycott this establishment!
