Omg can’t believe each time I come here it is worse. Who owns and manages this place? I am still in the drive thru after 20 minutes??? Shame on me for giving them another chance

Visited here on 1−2−16 at 6:45PM at the walk up window as the drive thru line was quite long. That should have been my first clue. Placed my order and it took me 20 minutes to get my order. They did not have tomatoes or sour on my two double decker taco supreme’s and they were cold as was my bean and cheese burrito. Three other people were waiting in the lobby for their food and it took them 15 — 20 minutes for them to get their food. Ok I can understand them being slammed and being a bit slow but messing up my order and serving cold food is a big sin in my book. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location anytime soon. They could have at least apologized for the slow service! I doubt that I’ll get a response!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Luckily I didn’t have anywhere to be or else I would have been late. I waited FORTYMINUTES make it all the way through the line, including getting my food. This isn’t the first time it has happened either. Taco shells are always stale and lettuce is old. Overall, the food is below sub-par. Horrible management.

This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are nearest to where I live, so I’ve given them not only a second chance, but a third and 4th. The burritos barely have anything inside them, it takes 5 minutes(inside AND drive through) for someone to take your order, the people are rude, and my orders are either missing a whole item, or made wrong.(No lettuce is really hard, apparently) Just drive the extra distance to hit up the one in mission valley, this place is garbage.

I have been waiting in the drive thru for LITERALLY27 minutes. I have smoked 3 cigarettes, read all 19 emails in my inbox and managed to play an entire game of triple town,…there were three cars in front of me. I finally just got to the window, and the girl working could not have been slower. You would think that if it had already taking her nearly a half an hour to take my order, she might be a little more eager to speed it up…, Because, you know, it’s called fast food for a reason. this Taco Bell is slow food.

This may very well be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They ran out of everything and the lettuce in all my food was wilted as hell. This is my first and very last time at this location.

I go here on Sunday mornings on the way to the store. It was alright a year ago but maybe new management or something is wrong. Always messy dining area. There is always some girl in the back gossiping loudly. The food always takes 15 minutes even if nobody else is there. The portions of meat in food always seems to be getting smaller. The way the food is made is always inconsistent. I guess if they are going for bad they are consistent.

If your wondering why 98% of the reviews are 1 star it’s because of things like waiting 45 min for 3 things. No joke. I was in the drive through for 45 min on a Sat night for 3 things!!! Just keep driving. There’s a tacobell on Claremont that’s way better. But they close early.

My husband and I both ordered our meals with our chalupas in ‘Baja style’. We specified it like 4 times. The lady asked us if everything on the screen was correct. We said no. Our food isn’t listed as Baja style. She said ‘oh yeah I got that.’ Got home and our food was absolutely wrong. We couldn’t have been more clear. Are they even trying?

Thoroughly unimpressed with this location. This has to be the slowest taco bell in existence. The drive through took FOREVER so we decided to run inside instead and hope it did better. Not remotely. We were the second people in line and it still took more than 20 minutes to get a couple of burritos and a taco salad. The taco salads normally come with a very yummy thing of salsa but they forgot to include it and I didn’t see it until we got home. I keep trying this place since the location is convenient but I’m now convinced it would be faster to go to a taco bell much further out of my way than to have to wait and wait and wait at this one.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to Service was phenomenal I was helped by a young man named Vince, I have been to a lot of taco bells in my day and I can honestly say I would probably return all the way from Los Angeles just to get the service I got today!

So I believe in second chances but I just left and I don’t know what it is or if they just hire the dumbest people on earth but how can you fuck up an order twice and I would have thought that they would have clean up there shit after the last fee reviews but let tell you people don’t deserve $ 15 an hour so you can go fuck yourself I’m come back another and maybe you guys can get this shit right… I will give you two stars because your manager is so sweet and you guys run over her which is fucked up…

Still suffering from the effects of their lying and negligence. My mouth is killing me. Some people really do have allergies and deserve to be told the truth or at least that they have no idea up front. Hope these people get to experience the same sometime.

At first I thought I would give this place a chance due to it only having one and a half stars, but after just one trip and reading more and more reviews I realize why everyone else wasn’t so happy. They messed up my order and failed to apologize for the inconvenience, and upon further inspection in my food the cheese quesadilla had not been melted thoroughly. It’s as if they grabbed a hand full of cheese, threw it between two tortillas, and shoved it into a plastic wrapper. You would think that a business that is located in a military housing community would have the best customer service and a smile on their face ready to greet any service men and families. I found the opposite to be true. 2 stars because dang that ice water was nice.

Meh. It’s been YEARS since I’ve been to TB and I can see why. Love the rebrand, but this restaurant is DIRTY. Smells horrible, literal sewage, floors and tables are ALL messy as if they were that way for some time. Floors are slippery and dirty. Tables aren’t wiped down… I used to work for Cheesecake Factory so I know standards. We’ll see how the food is

I was hungry for some taco bell nachos, so decided to stop here quickly on my drive home from a Unilocal event. To my disappointment, this quick stop turned into a nearly 20 minute wait! I don’t believe any fast food place should take THAT long. I’m not sure what the delay was as there wasn’t a super long line of cars at the drive though. I’m also not sure if the guy working the window knew that cars were waiting that long. The guy working the window also didn’t know how to count out change. He gave me a full $ 1 back in change and I know I really was only suppose to get some change back. I almost thought this was something for reality TV because the guy wasn’t really paying attention to anything. Thankfully the food was ok(as good as I expected) but the super long wait made me remember why I don’t eat taco bell. Thanks for the long wait and the extra change, but man — they need some customer service skills training for their employees. Meh…

Half a star for effort: Sort of makes sense as to why this is the least busy restaurant during lunch time in this area. Long wait to place an order… even though nobody was in line. And the entire restaurant smelled like the sewage pipes had ruptured. It’s was pretty gross.

I know the $ 1 menu is tempting… don’t do it. Please, don’t do it.
