Really disappointed. After what took forever in the drive through they forgot to add Curley fries to our 2 combos. And they also forgot to give us our drinks so we had to make the drive through line all over again and they gave me a lime Coke and root beer instead of 2 regular cokes. Never coming here again

Went through the drive thru today … The order taker had problems taking my order because you could hear a screaming kid through her headset … After all was said and done — they didn’t include our«combo» curly fries. Upon backing up into the parking lot & going inside to rectify their mistake — they didn’t even offer any compensation for their mistake.

Well, it didn’t start well, but it ended well. They got my order wrong. I decided to go ahead and purchase the incorrect order, figuring it would be fine, after all. The person at the counter gave me a coupon for a free item at another visit. So, I think that’s a win. I thought that was very helpful. Nice location.

I deserved junk food yesterday for dinner. I was craving their egg rolls but i wanted to splurge so i got the Jumbo Jack combo w/curly fries and a diet coke. #noRAGRETS haha the sandwich tasted so plain… i should’ve stuck w/my sourdough sandwich. Anyways… the drive thru kid was so friendly and polite he deserves a raise.

Super quick, efficient service; hot & fresh food; but sorry Jack, Steak and Shake does a far better garlic butter burger. The sauce on Jack’s is really weird… like a catsup, mayo, with a touch of garlic? Far too sweet, and I couldn’t taste garlic, nor the butter. Disappointed.

The young girl w/dark brown straight thin hair, thin built and glasses at the register was so nice to me.

.99 for 2 tacos! HEEEYYYYY!!! I ordered via the drive thru and the service was efficient. I also ordered a side of small churros and had asked the staff if I can have extra sugar, which they accommodated. The service could have been friendlier by showing at least a smirk, but oh well. The tacos were ok. Seemed as though there was no sauce and kinda dry. The churros were perfect. Crispy with extra sugar! Good fast food to pick up especially if you’re on the go!

I am so surprised of the amazing customer service here. The management must had changed recently. They bring your order to your table and politely ask if there’s anything else they can do to make your experience better. This is fast food, but it has a much more intimate feel. Wow! Totally floored.

The service is always outstanding! They are polite and smiley, just how drive-thru customer service should be. They even ask you how your visit was before you leave. My food is always hot and their Dr. Pepper is delicious. Whoever is managing this place is doing something right! Keep it up and Thanks!

It’s Jack In The Box, what do I need to tell you about the food? I go here when I’m hungover because it’s on my way into the office. Some things they do have not available at all locations– *Do-it-yourself touchscreen menu so you don’t have to interact with a human being when you’re so hungover the thought of your own voice reverberating through your brain makes you want to vomit. Also, I found a chicken ‘n biscuit breakfast sandwich on here. Secret menu items, or did I completely overlook that on the overhead menu? *Condiment dispensing station for all the ketchup, ranch, BBQ and taco sauce your heart desires.

I have come to accept Jack in the Box as an establishment that I would go to, only if I’m crunched for time or I’m not liking the other options available for various reasons. It’s really just okay, and I honestly don’t know why I keep considering it as an option. This location is fairly clean and the workers are helpful and friendly. The drive-thru line can be a pain when the cars interfere with people coming in and out of the mall parking lot.

I sat and ate my food and watched the staff go about their business. They couldn’t have been more efficient, friendly, welcoming and happy.

Sandwiched between the Holiday Inn Express and FedEx-Kinko’s, you’ll find this fast food restaurant that has been recently upgraded and remodeled. For the technophobes out there, there’s a touch-screen ordering kiosk for your convenience if the line at the counter is too long. Along with the high-tech soda fountain, Jack has put up some pretty pennies to appeal to the younger crowd. I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of food that comes out so quickly. Restrooms were spotless!!! AWESOME!!! :-p

After the lady at the drive thru handed me my food. She asked, «How was the service?» Was this a trick question? Where was she going with this? Is there something else? Jack, you pervert! I just smiled back at her. I hope she gave me extra napkins.

Jack in the Box is so very convenient: The 24-hour drive-thru for grabbing 4th meal on the way back to sanctuary. The Value Menu for stretching your ramen budget until the next paycheck. Offering the breakfast menu all day & night. They don’t make it until you order it(unless it’s sometimes fries). Drive-thru Service: The voice on the speaker asked if my order that appeared on the monitor was correct. The friendly employee at the window read back the receipt for accuracy, didn’t push any add-ons or try to upsell, gave me the correct change, and asked if I needed any extra ketchup or sauces. Food: I was famished and reached into the bag, but had to pause because the food was still too hot. I tried again after driving a few blocks, and began chowing down. I always forget to check the bag right after leaving, but luckily it wasn’t a problem this time. I couldn’t see what I was grabbing at in the dark, but everything tasted exactly like what I ordered. Napkins in the bag FTW! Note to self: unwrap carefully so as not to spill anything on yourself and fold the paper back enough so that you can still see the road to drive while eating.

Oh Jack in the Box… how nice it is to have you next to the Holiday Inn Express for breakfast. I’ll pass on the hotel’s over $ 10 breakfast for your chorizo, cheese and egg burrito meal! Bring on the salsa, buttermilk ranch and ketchup sauces. And give me an order of your $.992 tacos please. Those all hit the spot. I was so mad that as I walked back to the Holiday Inn. I could smell the french toast dips. DAMN I FORGOTTOORDERTHOSE!!! =( Clean, friendly staff and even an automated ordering kiosk! Hurry up and get new updated Jack Balls. Thanks!
