Awesome service! We came in to replace a set of temple tips for a newly repainted pair of glasses. The service technician worked tirelessly to try to get a set to slide on the new paint. His final attempt (he had used up all of the temple tips in his box) made it with a slight tear, so he gave them to us with no charge.
With 45 minutes of wrist twisting work, and the loss of materials, he could have justified finding a way to charge us at least the five bucks of a set of templed tips. He did the customer friendly thing instead and created loyal customers. We will return to buy our next set of glasses.

Edgar has the patience of a saint & will work with you until you find the perfect glasses… Im extremely picky & Edgar always maintains a helpful demeanor and positive attitude. Anytime I need anything, he is eager to help me in whatever way that he can.
The people here have consistently gone above and beyond to make me happy, and have worked hard to keep me smiling… As corny as it sounds it feels good to shop here, because everyone here cares as much as I do about the way that I look.

I got my glasses from there 3 days ago, the price was fine compared to other places. My prescription wasn’t that strong, so my lenses were ready in 30 minutes.
Sadly Somehow my new glasses got bent, so i went there and asked for help to fix them, a guy named Edger was there, he helped me, he is so professional and happy guy, to be honest, he made my day!
Next year i am defending gonna come back for my new glasses.
So yes, I recommend this place to a friend or a family member.

Gizelle was super helpful while assisting me with my pair of glasses! She helped me pick out super cute frames that are totally worth it.
Her knowledgeable skills and selection outshines any other optician I’ve visited In San Diego! She helped me pick out a great bottomless spy frame that I instantly fell in love with after searching multiple opticals.

I’ve been coming to this location for sunglasses and Rx Optical glasses as well for the past decade. They have the widest selection of frames of any retail store in San Diego at the best prices. Many of their sunglasses are 15% off of Retail.
It’s nice that a majority of their sunglasses/​frames are out in the open and they encourage you to try them on at your leisure.
When in the market for a new pair of glasses, this location is worth making the visit to.

After looking for glasses for my husband online and at a few local places he saw this place on the morning news. We figured we live a couple miles away so we headed on over after lunch. We walked in and Edgar was finishing up with a customer and asked us if we needed some help. Edgar was a wealth of knowledge and really knew his product and his customer, he didn’t try to close the deal on the first pair, he showed us 20 – 30 pair. Edgar made us walk outside several times to look at the sunlight and compare the feel of different lenses on my husbands eyes. My husband has very light sensitive blue eyes and Edgar knew exactly what shade of lense would feel the best and protect his eyes the most. This store was a great find and Edgar was a great find for the store. A quality guy that cares about people.

Was happy to return here yesterday with my wife this time to buy new sunglasses, as she forgot to pack some for a trip to San Diego. This time we were helped by the VERY patient sales associate EVA — who spent almost an hour going through about 15 models and glass types to help her decide on a great pair. The 15% Unilocal check-​in discount is real customer friendly too.
It’s so good to have this fine business, as coming here saves driving to 5 different malls around san Diego county to find a fine pair of shades…

This was my second visit here for my daughter I forgot to write a review the first time but that review would also be a 5 star. We were greeted when we entered by the staff with smiles and Edgar took care of us. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive frame or push us out the door instead he took the time and showed us what would work on my child’s face. I stopped in recently after living in Northern California for 9 years and forgot what a huge selection they had (larger than any sunglass store I’ve been in). I went in with a vague idea of what I was looking for; but when I left, I walked out with a pair of sunglasses that I had never before considered – and I’m loving them!
Anna was an amazing help. She was courteous, friendly, patient, and all the stuff you would expect. But she was also amazingly knowledgeable. She let me try on some things that I thought I was interested in. But then she asked a bunch of questions that I never considered when trying on sunglasses. We found a pair that looked good for my face shape, sat well, and provided great coverage all around with no glare. I was able to step outside and compare different frames, and after finding the right frame found the right lenses for my purposes and preferences.
Their selection was more numerous than any sunglass store I have ever been in and it seemed they had every color and lens from the brands I was considering. Their prices were also below MSRP for the genuine article.

I purchased my Ray-​Bans here a few months ago, and I love them.
Anna helped me with everything. I wanted customized polarized lenses for my Ray-​Bans, since the pair I purchased didn’t have the option of polarized lenses. Anna made some for me right on the spot, and they were done in about 20 minutes.
Since I purchased my Ray-​Bans, I have been back to this shop twice because I needed to get my sunglasses tightened since they were a little loose (thanks to my little head), so I went back to this place and Anna helped me again. Fantastic selection on sunglasses (and glasses) and helpful staff. Definitely 5 stars.

This was an easy 5 stars, a selection you can’t beat and staff that was very helpful.
I worked with Danny, who got a feel for what I was looking for and before I knew it had a lineup of 5 – 6 sunglasses. All of which I could have walked out with feeling good. I will most definitely be going back in the future!

This place was awesome. Way better than any place you find in a mall. Walked in and everyone behind the counters were amazing. The cases were unlocked so I could walk around and try on anything I wanted without someone following me around.
When I was looking for opinion on some glasses I selected, the guy didn’t try and push the most expensive pair on me. He was honest with feedback and found a pair that really fit my face well. And it was cheeper than the original pair I found.
I got a great pair of Oakley’s at a very good price. They are very competitive compared to the standard stores. I am surprised this place is so hidden but I am glad that it is. Wasn’t crazy busy and I was able to get the help I needed.

Third time I’ve been to this warehouse, mostly because it’s so close to my house but it’s also because the costumer service in here is amazing.
Great place to get prescription glasses and sun glasses as well.
This has to be one of the largest S&O W I’ve ever been to, so it can be somewhat overwhelming coming here without a clear idea on what you want.
Luckily though, employees are knowledgable and have the OB chill vibe, so you don’t feel rushed, pressured or awkward trying out different styles.
