This subway is horrible. Regina and her staff are rude and nasty to customers. They aldo tried charging me 40 cents extra to toast my oven roasted chicken sandwhich. It’s oven roasted why am I being charged an extra 40 cents. She clearly has no idea how to be professional or how this sandwhich comes OVENROASTED. We will never again patronize this subway. I suggest you guys hire people with people skills and competence.

Enjoy this spot when I want to grab a bite as I do my laundry, always clean and always fresh! Had a steak and cheese and it was made just the way I like it. Will be back next weekend for sure.

So I’ve come here about once a month or more when they have the really good promotions. It’s clean, the staff is pretty good and their ingredients are fresh. The reason why I’m writing this review is because i see that«Chula» wrote a review as well. I was actually there the day that she claims she received poor customer service. I missed her initial interaction with the staff, but no one present could have missed the rest. She was one of those obnoxious customers and was screaming obscenities and making threats. It went something like«you have no $#%& idea who you’re messing with!» and«I know people who will come here and %$@$ kill you if I ask them!» It went on and on. I can’t believe she left a review here on Unilocal and forgot to describe her abusive behavior.

Rudest service I’ve had in a long time. I walked into grab a drink for my son and myself. Apparently there is some kind of rule against only buying drinks at Subway. We waited, and waited, and waited while they fixed several sandwiches for other guests. And waited some more. We then waited for them to be checked out also. Then the girl proceeded to move on to the next sandwich… wtf? I asked to be helped so we could finally get out of this zone of sandwich filled limbo. Not a good move on my part, I guess. Pure attitude from the server for asking to buy a drink only. Oh, well… I can certainly live without Subway and after this I think I will make it point to cut them out of my life completely.

This place is more busy than it should be 7pm on a saturday night but it seems the worker Susan is extremely slow at putting together a sandwich and she seem forgetful however she was a pleasant person. It ended up taking 20 mins to get through 6 customers. I’m not mad just completely unsatisfied.

The best customer service and cleanest dining room by far. This particular location is always super friendly, quick, and the dining room is always clean. We were helped by Carlo the last couple times and he’s been welcoming and enjoyable to be helped by. Keep it up guys!

Never felt so unwelcome at subway, desire was making my sandwich and was extremely rude along with her coworker. While making my sandwich they decide to have really inappropriate personal conversations and begin to cures up a storm. Not only did they over charge me but the order was wrong. I when back and they give me an unwelcome«oh the white lady is back»… Ghetto just plane trash working there.

Since this place had closed and reopened, I feel it is much better. They lost the bulletproof glass and added a lot more tables and an open feel. It is still subway, but not anything like it was before. The staff is a lot friendlier and they seem to like their jobs.

So glad they are finally open!!! Everything is brand spanking new including the very friendly new owners and staff. We moved back into the neighborhood in September 2012 only to find that the former owners had closed it down. Everything at the counter was FRESH and the footlong BMT was delicious. Love the«welcome to Subway» greeting from the smiling staff.

Normally I wouldn’t waste time reviewing a chain like Subway, but this place made such an impression on me, I felt compelled to share. Yeah, it’s that bad. This is one of the weirdest Subway’s ever. You walk in and immediately notice that there’s a HUGECAGEOFBULLETPROOFGLASS in between you and the workers. They have microphones/speakers to communicate with the people making your sandwich. That throws you off a bit for sure. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 3 years and never really thought that I live in that bad of a spot. The people that work there really don’t like their job. I’ve gotten sandwiches here 3 or 4 times and I’ve noticed this consistently. They just seem bored, annoyed and unhappy making sandwiches. This is a bad quality for someone working at Subway. They’re also SLOW. Maybe they are part of a union, cause they don’t seem to really care that it takes 15 minutes to make one sandwich. They ALWAYS have issues with paying. Last time, they couldn’t figure out how to refund someone’s money when they decided against chips and a drink. They had to call some number to figure out how to work the cash register. Today, their credit card/debit machine was misbehaving. I was glad we payed in cash to avoid having to stand there and wait for her to fix the device. All in all, go to some other sandwich shop. This one is slow and bizarre.

Sub-par. I went in the other day for a quick bite, and was confronted with three rather subtly hostile, stressed-out workers. One, in particular, an older woman with brown hair, was short with the guy in front of me, and went on to screw up my order(white bread on one sandwich, wheat on the other. She switched this). It was no big deal, but I don’t mumble. Maybe it was all that bullet-proof glass, which makes visiting this Subway like meeting Snake Plissken for lunch in New York. Anyway, when I got down to the veggie station, I calmly and politely pointed the mix-up out, however, since another worker was already loading the condiments, I told the staff, also in a friendly manner, not to worry about it, and that it was alright. With this, the«older brown haired lady» spat to her co-workers rather nastily, «Well, I asked him! That’s why i asked him and he…» bla, bla, bla. TOTALLY uncool, TOTALLY unprofessional. I had to bite my tongue, seriously — a massive argument over the finer points of customer service through a ridiculous plexiglass barrier would have been really futile and unproductive. Even if the lady was right, anyone with any customer service experience and/or common courtesy can tell you that lashing out like that well within earshot of a customer is just plain stupid and uncalled for. In general, the staff is rude and can’t wait to get you out of there. The staff seems to be made up of «recovering» individuals, which I’m all for, but it seems to be a bit of a problem here. This isn’t PC, but this place is just low, low class. Sorry.

Bwahahaha… comically bad. I don’t know why, but for some reason I was craving Subway on Sunday.(Hangovers breed crappy food taste, I think.) And knowing I’d only be out $ 5, it sounded like a winner. First of all… the sandwich artists are sequestered behind plexiglass, and you talk to them through one of those little window-microphone things like it’s a movie theater box office.(There’s one for the bread station, one for the veggie station, and one for the cash register.) You pay by sliding your money through the little curved metal plate under the window… like a 24-hour gas station in a rough neighborhood. And they put your sandwich in a little plastic box that’s accessible from both sides of the glass. I know this area used to be a little crappier than it is now, but still… c’mon. It’s not like they’re open late. Secondly, the food was just bad… squished unfresh bread, soggy lettuce, and they skimped on the black olives even when I asked for extra.(It’s a damn veggie sandwich… hook me up.) No craving is worth this.
